- This was such a good month for new art supplies, including new colored pencils, a case for my favorites and other supplies too!

This is the first video of yours I've ever seen and honestly, you have such a lovely personality, you made me smile. As someone, who has a primary job as an artist and a huge interest in fashion, I'd love to hear more about it from your perspective! You don't have to fir into just one box.
Oh, that is such a lovely thing to say, thank you. 😘 And yes, I completely agree, there is space for more interests, I just find that keeping the fashion design and art endeavors separate allows me to have a creative 'hobby' that isn't 'work'. 😎

Much prefer waffle than music! Wow, how much for Eurostar!!! We often travel from UK and have never paid that much but we do book well in advance and can be flexible with the times we travel. Enjoy Paris 🤩
Thanks Julie, I'm going to have two full days to myself there while my OH is at a conference, so I intend to sit and draw plenty! 😍 But yes, I think the key is buying way in advance. Though I have noticed that the 'special offers' (£35 each way) only seem to apply to London to Paris and its been a long time since I saw an offer from Amsterdam to London... Meh. 🤣

Ps: I am scrapbooking my recent holiday, while allowing spaces on the pages to use my new art supplies. So you’re pretty much me with my haul in a few days.

Beautiful selection. Now do you have yellows, reds, purples, violets and browns? To add maybe you already have them. Have fun with them. Love colored pencils.

Just pausing here to say waffle away. I find the music on some other folks videos very distracting and often it’s harder to hear what they are saying. More personality and no music are 2 more reasons for me to keep coming back!!

@@EveAshford so here is the funny thing about today, Eve. I was having my breakfast and I was all like where is Eve’s video???? I hope everything is ok. And then I had just sat down for lunch and it popped up. So we had lunch together today.
Oh I LOVE this! I had actually forgotten to do a thumbnail when I uploaded it yesterday, and was in bed feeling sorry for myself (I'm ill with THAT thing 😷), so it took me a while to muster the mojo to come down and do the work! 😎 Glad I did though, happy lunch! 😋

I have a Lochby tool roll much much cheaper than the peg & awl , the Lochby tool roll is from America like the peg & awl but a lot cheaper. Also Lochby do have offers on . I’ve had my Lochby tool roll a few months now and can recommend it , they sell them in a brown , blue , black .

Actually, just found it online. It looks like it is made from a waxed canvas and lined with nylon ripstop fabric... which I have in a delightful Liberty print... I'm quite tempted to buy some waxed canvas and make one actually... will report back either way!
I don’t have a paint pallet in mine unfortunately, my pallets are the 24 half pan sizes ( Winsor & Newton sized ) . That sounds like a great idea about making your own in liberty fabric & wax canvas , very inventive and creative.
