My wife tried this recipe and the bake time was a bit more than an hour. And by the time the bread was browning, the edges were burning. She did use a pyrex glass pan not a metal pan. Anybody else have those issues? It did taste great, and had her make it a second time. Great for lunches for me.
Thank you for your feedback! I'm glad you were able to make it work in a glass pan :) They do typically take longer to bake. I have found baking sheets bake more evenly.
@@gentletummy In looking around at other videos on this recipe, everyone seems to be using metal pans and parchment paper, so we will try this next time.
Now this is what I called an short, concise and very informative video. Well done.
Awe...thank you so much for the feedback! I really appreciate it :)
Can't wait to try this. I've been making chaffles as a bread substitute but I like how your flatbread folds and think a sandwich would be easier to handle with them. Cottage cheese has been a staple for me the last few weeks. Had a problem with oxalates and dairy helps flush them and I had forgotten how much I loved cottage cheese.
Hi Meredith, Thank you for sharing this with me. I was skeptical when I first made it, but now I'm obsessed! It is so simple and does make the perfect sandwich. :) I love cottage cheese, too, and I'm glad you've found relief with it!
Thank you for posting. Your recipes look wonderful 😋

I mean the taste of this...just yummm! And super simple...did 40 min instead of 30. The slight downside is that it's not too bready..even though I don't eat regular bread. With that said, can you pls share a simple and nice gluten free bread recipe?
This is the second recipe of yours that I'm happy with and feeling trustful to also following along a golden glutenfree bread recipe of yours :)🙏

I just found your channel a moment ago watching the 3 ingredient Avocado Bread Bun receipt and so I selected more and found this cottage cheese recipe it looks just as easy as the avocado one. As I mention on the other recipe I do meal prep on weekends. How long would these breads hold up in the refrigerator ? Best wishes on your channel.
Hi Linda, I'm so glad you found my channel :) In my experience, the avocado bread will stay good for 2 days in the fridge. Longer than that, I found the avocado started to taste a little bitter. The cottage cheese flatbread lasted longer. I recommend up to 5 days in the fridge. Please let me know how they turn out for you!
Out of topic. What microphone do you use? Looks subtle and sound amazing!

thank you for short precise videos... what can be used in place of parmeson? dont like it
Thank you for the feedback! You can omit the parmesan or replace it with a different cheese that you enjoy. It's in there for flavor, less for texture.
I noticed that it sticks to the parchment paper. How did you solve that? Thanks 😮
I recommend spraying the parchment paper with some non-stick spray before spreading out the batter :)
Don't have a blender can hand mixing work?
Do you have a food processor or immersion blender? The purpose of the blender is to chop up the little curds of cottage cheese, so it's smooth and creamy :)
I’ve used a small food processor and an immersion blender, both worked perfectly…..good luck 😊

I have tried a recipe like this but it really stuck to my parchment paper so had to throw it out. Not sure why it did that.
Hi Charmaine, I haven't had that happen with this recipe. You could try spraying your parchment paper with some nonstick just to be on the safe side :)

Is full fat cottage cheese the same as 4% milkfat ??
Hi Billie, I just checked with AI and yes, full-fat cottage cheese is typically the same as 4% milkfat cottage cheese.
@@gentletummy Nicole, thank you for your prompt replies. Like a previous comment, your videos are short, concise and so easy to follow. I used a silicone (6) bun mold and they baked up nicely.
@@billiehunt948 Thank you for sharing this with me! That's a brilliant idea to use a bun mold. I'll have to try that.
The only thing worse than a man indoors wearing a baseball cap is a woman indoors wearing a baseball cap.
Hi Richard, I hear you and appreciate you sharing your perspective! My baseball hats are a lifesaver when I have bad hair days, and I'm filming videos to share with you. I have naturally curly hair that often has a mind of its own...haha! I hope you have a chance to make this recipe! It's super yummy :)
Lecker!
Thank you! I hope you have chance to try it :)
