Time Lapse - Shieldhall sailing from Poole to Bournemouth 2016

The video shows Steamship Shieldhall travelling from Poole Quay to watch the Bournemouth Air Show in our 2016 sailing programme.
We sailed through Sandbanks and out towards Old Harry Rocks and then turned to port to sail to Bournemouth.
As we reached Old Harry, you will see that our pilot has left the ship.

Shieldhall is a Heritage steam ship and a member of the National Historic Fleet. Recognised to be the largest working steam ship of her type in Britain and probably Europe, she serves as a tribute to Britain's maritime heritage and a living reminder of the golden age of steam.
