Holy shit the drummer is awesome
I agree, but he needs to calm down a little. Sometimes it’s not about how flashy you have to be. Here he’s kind of taking from the overall song IMO.
He's ok. He doesn't have the savage animal Bonzo had.
Sorry but nobody can ever hold a candle when it comes to LZ.
THERE IS ONLY ONE LED ZEPPELIN.
@@deadlyoneable picking at straws to find literally *a n y t h i n g* to dislike
I agree man, he was having fun with it. I really dug what he did. Dudes a beast.
It might show how great plant is, I haven’t herd anyone even sound like him
Unimitable, I think it's all through the nose.
Agree, no disrespect to this singer but had Zeppelin sounded like this from the vocal side of things, I wouldn't be a fan..way too ordinary
yeah he's extremely unique. even the greta van fleet guy (who is very talented I will say) can't REALLY imitate him all that well. plant had an incredible combination of that rough/raspiness to his voice in addition to clarity and finesse, and that truly takes a top notch singer.
Finally a singer that makes you think "wow he really sounds like Plant"
If you squint you’d think it was him lol
Mr jimmy you just keep cranking out one gem after another! Thanks
Love it...Very good...When I was 13-14 in 1978 I use to fish all day while listening to Physical Graffiti and Zep 2 over and over...This brings back great memories...
Outstanding
Singer really gave his all. The band as well
Bad ass drumming!!!!
The band kicks ass, the singer, pretty good.
Mr. Jimmy as usual perfectly nails the guitar work with the same alterations Mr Page played live - and probably does the solo better than Page was doing live himself by the late 1970's....
Fucking awesome!! Love Mr. Jimmy. Drummer was amazing👍
Excellent !!! The drums kick ass.
I really dig these pre-Covid videos. Thanks.
These guys are sooooooooo good!
Great version!
Singer sounda great
This is awesome! 🔥🔥
Damn. These dudes even emulate the mannerisms of the zep members. I was laughing when the singer did the hair flip plant always does.
Very, very good! 👏👏👏
This drummer has got Bonham drumming down to perfection. Every beat is spot-on and Bonham was regarded as one of the best drummers of all-time.
Check out the song, "Achilles Last Stand" and you'll see what I mean.
Damn good!
Excellent Love it Thank you very much
🥰❤️🥰
Amazing!!! 🤩
This is SICK!! 🍋💯🥁💯🎸💯
It grabs my attention.
Pretty dawn good stuff, ya got me convinced!
I like this
Wow, slaying it on the drums man! I really dug your interpretation!
theses guys are remarkably good! ...and the best Plant vocal I think I've ever heard!
The tuning on the drums is near perfect. That's a very hard thing to accomplish when you consider no 2 drummers hit them exactly the same. Remarkable
Wow👍😎
More the way this was played early on live when it first came out as opposed to say 1977 re: the bass playing
Good job
Wow. This is the only person I've seen do robert plant justice.
Aesthetically and vocally, he's nailing it. And the vocal effect for the song is perfect.
Fucking excellent
Amazing recreation and so tight. Fantastic!
Dude! Did I see you say those are RCI shells, too? The tone/tuning is sooooo good. I'm going to have to get some of those shells sooner than later!
Again, outstanding performance on a song that doesn't get enough love. That beast is pure muscle all the way through, especially on the drums - well done, my friend!
The tuning is darn close..
Even the cymbals seem to be tightened correctly
"What we intend to do tonight is play a cross section of the last seven years..." It's be cool if the Plant guy talked like him between songs.
So good😂
Robert didnt pause during the part, "do you, pause, know my name" until 1977.
I didn't know Page was Asian! Killing it! Great song you never hear.
nice job guys. people don't know how hard it is to even come remotely close to someone like Robert Plant. obviously this guy isn't as good but you'd be foolish to expect him to be. he did the performance justice and that's what matters
He definitely has the voice, but the constant Plant mannerisms, the hand gestures, pouting, and whipping of his gorgeous mane, start to look cartoonish after a bit. Like he's trying to be someone else.
Ummm yeah he is trying to be Bob Plant from 1975
@@jamesbarnett2483 Yeah, Plant did all of those things, but not every 5 seconds!
Decent band but the Plant cover is nothing like him.
I prefer the Zebra singer on Zep covers. 😑
Why do people copy legends such as zeppelin? What do they get by being a cover band? Why not come up with your own original sound instead of copying it??
They're taking all the credit by playing zeppelin's sound and that sucks
what a fucking horrible opinion about cover bands lmfao. they're not "taking credit" in any way shape or form. you're straight up stupid if you think they get credit for "the sound", everyone knows its not their own sound. they're paying tribute to an group they love, and are offering a way for people who also love the group to hear their songs in a live setting. you might not like it personally but don't belittle it for everyone else with idiotic remarks like this please
Some of us do it in a vain attempt at making a living playing music; something that you could do before our wages stagnated at the beginning of the 1980's.
The thing about being in a cover band is that you have a marketable product with broad audience recognition. Think about it as analogous to food; your favorite one-off restaurant vs. McDonald's. America is by and large populated by folks with little curiosity and imagination while being fixated on security and a sense of control. The culture is shot through, (pun intended) with these behavioral aspects.
Therefore, if you want to be as assured as possible of making money with a product, (which music sadly has become) you're better off delivering a known entity.
BTW, I'm as sure as I can be that everyone in this band has original projects going. They're all too good for me to believe otherwise.
@@yestertek exactly. thank you for giving an insider perspective on this
The guitar tone is HORRABLE..
I agree. Doesn't sound like Page at all.
I disagree...
@@jerryrobertkoren
Really.. you like what you like.
@@TRUMP-2024-STF
I actually think he nailed it..
Jimmy (Page) had a bunch of tones, and not all sounded all that great ..alone. I've heats many recordings and outtakes and bootlegs...im kinda impressed with Jimmy Sakurai tone
@@jerryrobertkoren
I think the tone is horrible… it sounds clean… and garbage..
BBC they played a concert and the guitar had very little fuzz. But his playing of p
Top knit head.. his playing is crappy as well..
He’s all drugged out.. Plants voice as well.. this point in time he lost it.
Peak live zeppelin 68-73…
And zeppelin is the GOAT..
all that matters is that you like it.
Lame Again
MEH.....
