I don't know if they partied too much the night before but you can clearly hear a difference in their performance on this day comparing to the 25th, where everything was so much more fluid!
I hear ya bro, on that. In fact all of 1975 was nowhere as fluid as previous years. Their playing from right outta the gate until the end of the ‘73 tour was above par. Unfortunately nothing is forever and Led Zeppelin too falls victim to this truth. What we’re witnessing here, in these ‘75 concerts is a slow descent of the airship. What happened to Jimmy’s “brown sound” from his Les Paul? We all know Robert changed forever by ‘74 with his nodules operation. Thank God for Jones and Bonzo…..especially by now. Their role as leaders would increase in Zeppelin from here on out. In many ways, Bonzo was in fact the boss of Zeppelin from day one. You can hear him yelling and counting off songs at times. He had such a huge heart. Dearly missed.
The 24th was the lude show, the 25th was the coke show. The 23rd was the best of the last three. Still some highlights from the last two. The 24th tangerine, DAC, STH, TUF. As far as sound these are dry soundboards. Plants voice went late 72. Some of 75 was better than 73 for the band. 72 plant peak, 73 page, 75 JPJ ,77 Bonham
@@raphaelbouchara just search you tube, they played 2 gigs the weekend before. The 18th is incredible, page is on fire. The 23rd is prob the best all around show of the final 3
How in the hell did you pull that off??? The sound is so incredible!!! Especially on high-end headphones. Makes it so much more enjoyable. I wish the whole show sounded that good! P.S. it does look fantastic too! Love the increased coliur saturation & motion interpolation
From the window of a rented limousine I caught your pretty blue eyes. One day soon you're gonna' reach sixteen Painted lady in the city of lies. Ooh, do you, know my name? Do I, look the same? You know I'm the one you want, baby I must be the one you need, yeah! Clutchin' pages from your teenage dream In the lobby of the Hotel Paradise. I know 'The Song Remains the Same' was a bit of a 'cut and paste job' and seems to be widely maligned, but for me it knocks this out of the park! Mediocre at best!
