i think vibration is turned on in the settings, but the controller doesn't react to anything... this sounds cool though, and would be very useful!! I'll check it out further this weekend :D thank you!

Check gamepad settings, turn on vibration. This game have hide status in menu, yes, but vibration will imitade a heartbeat, when your hp low.
