A suggestion you can move the fans to the front of the radiator... Back the radiator as close to the motor with some tolerance... That way you will have the space for the headlamps as well with minimal modifications🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦

Nice,love polished metal,I put a layer of hi temp clear coat to reduce polishing, all I do is wipe it clean

What I've found turns out best is stopping at 800 grit and working the compound hard and hot. It comes out liquid smooth.

You could try your hand at anodizing the aluminum. It is mostly an etch using drain-o, then an acid bath, the dye, with a finish if you want.

to get the black stuff off between polish layers you can also use Mineral Spirits - works great and cheaper than your Truck Stop stuff

As far as the radiator goes, why not go with the 1 you have, make some trim rings to push the headlights out of the grill. The wheels poke out, go with it have the headlights poke out

Question...Now I fancy myself a real technical kinda guy so I come up with very odd questions because I look at the small stuff. since you're an experienced metal worker do you think there is even a fraction of a percent of the castings total durability is effect at all when you grind down the casting line? To smooth out the housing?
The casting will be fine as long as you wear white gloves during the process

Hello will this be the same process to remove a turbo logo for clean finish?
I only saw You welding the left exhaust manifold which leads to the turbo charger. What happens to the right one?

When you buff....try not to put your fingers in any holes if it slips or kicks the part back it will break your finger
Good point! I had the opposite idea haha I thought if I hold this thing really tight like this it won’t slip or kick haha but I now see that could be very bad
I seen it happen a few times at my last shop we made an buffed two bars for pontoon boats and I seen some wicked accidents caused from holding part wrong an trying to go to fast but yea lol

Why can't you just extend the the grill out with brackets off the bumper to give you the room you need.

Perhaps you can contact a store or retailer directly.
i would say clean up the 'engine bay' off the jeep before you do any more major dressing up and stuff. It will give you a better vision about what needs to happen.

🤔 I thought you were going to use that radiator and save money... ☝️😉 I suggestion a triple flow performance tri-five Chevy radiator 55 - 57 Chevy that is.... oh, I believe there are similar Dimension and widely available, double-check the measurements.... I'm not a Jeep guy typically LOL. But you might be able to get a better radiator at a cheaper price with a tri-five radiator, since they're so widely available rather than a special Jeep LS swap, thing... 😉👍 Just my suggestion... 😁 Can't wait for the next one, maybe they'll be running by then LOL. Fist bump buddy 👊😜... oh wrong Channel, LOL
