Bhai I am 100 mtrs athlete and my timing was 12.45 my story is very big on january 2020 my muscle catch problem. Begins on my pelvic bone I shown it to many doctoret nearly about 6-7 some were telling this is a bone problem some were telling this is muscle problem some doctors gave me protein tablets and calcium some gave pain relief tablets 2 years became still the muscle pain not stopped when I start 100 mtrs in 40 mtrs only the muscle catches and I cant run because of pain my dream was to go in olympics but because of this problem from 2 years I am taking rest before 2 years my weight was 47 and now. My weight is 65 I have became very fat I cant lift weight also because if problem many people and relatives talk bad about me that I only eat and sleep but when this problem stops surely I will work hard to loose fat and takee my timing back

Bhai video accha hai but bro think of digestion proper time doge ya nahi, I'm a sprinter and a state level champion.. aur ye Kahena ki itna khalo ki ulti ho jaaye... wahh! Bhai 😄😄
2-3 hours are enough, professional sprinters eat every 2-3 hours to contribute to their high metabolism which occurs due to rigorous training. So to full fill the calories lost and to recover all those muscles we need eat more than we think is enough.
Bro calories doesn't mean to eat more, we can take calories by taking meals in less quantity and good quality.

Hlo bhai me abhi 18 ka huva hu do din phle aur me 100 m and 200 m running me bahut acha karta hu par maine abhi tak koi bhe official games nhi khele he district ya fir state ka mera abhi games me jana sahi he kya aur isko me college ke sath kar sakta hu kya ya mujhe padhai chodne padegi aur aur college me physical ke course ke sath ya pcm ke course ke sath bhe kar sakta hu ise plz bhai ye bta do ke kya ab games me jana sahi he mere liye aur kaise tayari kru
