  • my dear friends and my dear students kafi samay Laga hai is video ko laane mein Lekin bahut acchi video banai hai 100M,200M training karne Wale athletes ke liye.
    yah aapka 7days ka training program hai ismein all qualities ko include Kiya hai.
    ध्यान देने की बात यह है यह हंड्रेड मीटर । जिनके पास जन्म से ही स्पीड होती है। या हम कह सकते हैं। इस प्रिंटर पैदाइशी होते हैं। इनको ट्रेनिंग करने के द्वारा डिवेलप किया जा सकता है। जो स्पीड आपके पास है। उस स्पीड को बढ़ाया जा सकता है ।ट्रेनिंग के द्वारा लेकिन आपके पास स्पीड नहीं है ।और आप हंड्रेड मीटर करना चाहते हैं तो परेशानी होती है। इसलिए जिन एथलीटों के पास जन्म से ही स्पीड है ।वह एथलीट हंड्रेड मीटर को करने की कोशिश करनी चाहिए। अन्यथा आपका टाइम बर्बाद होगा।
    आशा करता हूं मेरे द्वारा बताया गया ट्रेनिंग प्रोग्राम आपको सहयोग करेगा और आपका जो आप चाहते हैं। वह परफॉर्मेंस आएगा ध्यान रखें बॉडी में रिकवरी नहीं है। तो उस दिन वर्कआउट नहीं करना केवल वॉर्मअप और एक्सरसाइज करके छोड़ देना ।अन्यथा आपकी मांसपेशियां खींचने के चांसेस होते हैं इसलिए बॉडी की रिकवरी सबसे ज्यादा जरूरी होती है। अपनी बॉडी का ख्याल रखें जब ट्रेनिंग करते हैं। ट्रेनिंग के बाद आपको ज्यादा थकान होती है ‌आपका दिल नहीं करता वर्कआउट करने के लिए उस समय बॉडी के साथ जबरदस्ती नहीं करना आप ऐसा करेंगे तो आपका परफॉर्मेंस अच्छा होता है। इसी के साथ मैं आपका कैप्टन अमरीश कुमार आधा ना आपसे विदा लेते हुए और आपके परफॉर्मेंस की शुभकामनाएं देता हूं ।जय हिंद जय भारत।

    Respected sir please listen to me I am now 18 before 3 years i started ny 100 mtrs and by 1 year training I made it to 12.25 I am very exited in 100 mtrs but in january 2020 my muscle. Bone on pelvic bone problem started I went to many doctors some they say its bone problem and some they say its muscle problem they told ne not to run for 1 year and gave me tablets because of that I became fat before 2 years ny weight was 48 and now my weight is 65 I have became fat all people and relatives shout me that I only eat and sleep still my muscle has not recovered when I start 100 mtr the muscle catches.
    But sir when my problem stops I will work hard and qualify for olympics and u will be my coach seee my name if the problem would nit there I would not became fat

      @BE A MUSIC LOVER these all workout focuses on long distance with very short rest periods which would be helpful for middle and long distance
      And for sprinting you need to focus on speed workouts with full recovery so sprinters workout are different
