If you do the replay, Usain's bolt stride + speed actually increased while everyone else seem to slow down. He was "almost" matching Su bingtian stride for stride. Also there seems to be a strategy at the last second before the line, everyone seem to lean forward for that photo finish and seem to slow down. Seems kind of counterintuitive if you're lunging forward for that millisecond that you'd slow down and lose whatever speed you got instead of trying to maximize your stride for that photo finish with your legs instead of your chest and head forward. Usain seem to also be looking at the finish line well before the rest of the field. Dont know why some look ahead but others look to their left.
