Welcome back to Tiffin Box. Today's recipe is deliciously soft and spongy Mango pound cake....a classic loaf cake full of sweet-smelling mango chunks & Butter. It's a perfect tea-time or Tiffin snacks accompaniment!
INGREDIENTS:
All-purpose flour - 1 cup
Baking powder - 1.5 tsp
Eggs - 3 small or 2 large
Butter - 100 g or 1/2 cup oil
Sugar - 1/2 cup

Stop wasting time by baking these cakes which include adding uncooked fruit purees into the cake batter , they dont taste even close to mango...waste of ingredients and time...only banana cakes/ breads taste good...use mango essense instead will better results
2:48 I agree with you, these mango cake gives mild sour taste...and taste below expectation, same things also arises with banana cake with offensive smell of banana..no one like to eat.
@@Kamalsunilkumar421i will switch the mango cubes with a mango puree (home made, also try and see what happens if I use maple syrup instead of sugar as the puree sweetener)! About the butter gonna need to work on that today later😂😂😂 🥦🥦🫣🫣🫣
