I made the mango bread, it is the best recipe. The bread so great that I decided that everyone that gave me Mangos i was going to give them a loaf of mango bread I have made 6 loafs. My cake became rubbery in the mid... It felt like eating a modak... I used curd instead of egg .. can u tell me wat might have went wrong 😒
It could have been the curd. Otherwise I’m not too sure. I don’t really use much egg substitutes when I’m baking cakes for myself.
