Flour 1/2 cup+ 2 tbs Corn flour 2 tbs 3 eggs yolk and whites separate Lemon juice 1/2 tsp In whiteness and whisk for 1 min 1/3 cup + 1 tbs sugar in 3 batches Now add yolks and beat again Now add flour mixture and mix and fold Oil2tbs Mango tbs Mix blended mango in oil Cake better lil amount and mix in mango oil blended mixture then add this in main batter

I made this cake without egg and added curd instead... Take and all was good... But the middle part became rubbery and it felt like modak.. please tell me where i made mistake😒

eggless baking is easy you just add egg substitute instead of egg and everything is same
