TODAY'S RECIPE IS Mango Cake in Blender | Sponge Mango Cake Recipe Without Oven | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs (substitute 1/2 cup curd or condensed milk)
Oil 1/2 cup
Sugar 2/3 cup
1 medium size mango
Blend for 2 mins
Flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Milk 1/3 cup
7 inch greased mould
Place a stand & heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
After 5 mins place tha mould
Cook it on low flame for 30-40 mins
Or bake in a preheated oven at 180c
For 30-40 mins
if you are using condensed milk use 1/3 cup sugar
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

with very high level of tension, I made it today..the reason behind this tension was users' comments...two of them said they had already tried it, but the fluff was missing....rest were saying, they "will" make it. since in the video, it looked more than perfect, i decided to give it a try this afternoon..it was as soft as a cottonball!!! i made a little modification though...i used 50% oil, 50% butter...and a few drops of vanilla essence. it was sooo tasty!

I made a cake using this recipe, only modification I did was use ready mango pulp instead of mango, I used lesser sugar than that mentioned in the recipe as the pulp has sugar in it. Cake came out really good.. this recipe is good for decorating cake. I decorated my cake with whipped cream. Thank you for the recipe!

I baked it just now and it came out superb. It was literally gigantic, so soft & fluffy, almost melted in mouth. It is in the oven now. I will tell you the blended liquid part alone was to die for! I kept dipping into it and had to stop myself! Now, I happened to use dark brown C & H sugar, all I had on hand, and I used yogurt mixed with water, not having milk.
