Hey Rushie, planning to buy a couple of RA ropes, so needed your help with choosing a rope. I like chill jump sessions where im grooving to a rhythm, and alternating between boxer step variations and crossovers. I’ve been using a rather trash rope all these months. I wanna put a bit lesser effort into swinging the rope ; where i can effortlessly maintain a certain timing and tempo ykwim?. Which rope would you recommend? A speed rope, weight or beaded ? Much appreciated. ❤
1 week in and I think I need to invest in a helmet as I am slapping myself quite badly. But improving every session! Loving it.

Rush, would be good to do a video anout toe heal. There is a Mayweather short that looks like he is tap dancing. I have not seen you doing this. I think you land on balls of feet and quickly bring the heal down to create a beat?
awesome video as usual - just a thought, but do you think your videos would be more helpful with a voice over from you and you performing these moves in slow motion to help drive the point home on certain moves that are just a bit too much to illustrate step by step? either way, appreciate everything you've done - you've elevated my skipping game 100x
Why he has that long jump rope? Usually people are using shorter cause they can easily do tricks
