It was super annoying. But every night, before I go to bed, I play this video and your lower back pain specific video, I do the stretches and the pain magically disappears. I just want to say how grateful I am, as the whole point about me being more fit, is so I can play more with my daughter and keep up with her, and the lower back pain being gone really helps me enjoy Tea time a lot more! This actually looks like beginner yoga. Everytime i try to find beginner yoga stuff, it's usually positions I haven't done in almost 10 years and I cannot anymore 😅 I appreciate this

I had a partial knee reconstruction in feb 2022 and today for the first time I touched the ground this morning while my knees were straight, and I’m filling standing. Thank you for helping me get flexy. Now I shall stay, and progress!

I was very flexible a few years ago, did all sorts of crazy yoga poses, but now almost all of it is lost and I'm kinda stiff, easily did what is shown in the video but couldn't do anything that I used to do, trying to be flexible again ! you can too !

The controlled breathing where breathing in through the nose and than breathing out through the mouth is cherry on the top and so bliss. This feels so relaxing and very powerful stretches. Thanks a ton man.

Yoga pose, also known as The Pigeon, also known as The Figure Four. This really helps with Sciatica pain. In addition to doing it laying on the floor like this, you can also do it sitting.
I love this routine but how can I keep my breathing more regulated and calmer. Does that come with time or is there a technique for that? Also I love the content it’s inspired me to try and do the splits 😂!
I think the adapters will be receptacles instead of plugs, basically. The NACS plug side will remain the same. The truck will be able to control the contactor through the control pilot signalling somehow.

Piriformis stretch at 5:00 is perfect for tackling sciatica. It's painful but if you're consistent it will give results
