  • Hey everyone! The is for a friend but I figured someone out there may benefit from it either way. So here you are!

    Im 23 and i have a herniated disc since 2021. Im constantly trying exercises to strengthen my body and make it more flexible. your video's as well as your ebook really help a lot!.

      Im sorry to hear that my man 😢 22 here and screwed myself in a similar way about 2 yrs ago ... got a small hernia going on . This dude is just a gem

      I know this is super late but an inversion table can help herniated discs with gentle traction. Just an idea. And see your local massage therapist as well. Cheers

    I’ve had a chronic hamstring issue for the last six years, and it’s hurt so consistently that I thought it was a partially torn tendon or muscle. I don’t know which of these stretches did it, but after doing these it finally doesn’t hurt.

    Bar the last bit, I've been doing these stretches and more for years, but never actually realized it t was good for the sciatic! I've got that on my right side side. So this helps immensely! Thank you!

    @movementbydavid I have been dealing with what I believe is a tight right hip flexor. The problem is that my rib above my heart keeps popping out of place. I have tried so many stretches to help prevent this from continuing but it seems like it’s just getting worse. I’m going to try these stretches and see what happens but if you have any suggestions thanks in advance.

    Thank you for sharing the information and all those poses shown by you are yoga poses. I really like your stretching videos but could you please make a video on full body stretching.

    When doing this, how many times a week should I do this? Because I'm 26 and I have been exercising since I was about 9 or 10 years old. My body is breaking down on me and I huge HUGE sciatic nerve problems. I didn't know how many times a day or week I need to do this to have significant improvement

      This specific routine you can do daily. But the figure four stretch you should be doing as often as possible!

    I have very bad sciatica but very loose hip flexors… why would this be? I can’t straighten my knees when sitting up straight because of pain behind the knee.

    I have a problem, Im trying to do the 3rd exercise but I am extremely big chested and also overweight, so my chest and stomach get in the way of my front leg, is there an alternative stretch for this in which my knee isnt up at my chest? Because I cant put my other arm down to the floor at all and end up doing this one handed?

    How do you do childs pose if you are very large? Im over 400 with a belly the size of a beach ball lol and with my thighs even if I sit up I cant get my hips near my feet.

    In physio they taught me the McKenzie technique, what is your thinking about it?

      It has worked for me and whenever my problems come back I start up those exercises again and they help.

    I’m flexible. I mean not as flexible as 90 yo Pilates guy or David, and I can’t do that body twist, my arm just doesn’t seem to get clearance. My lower back kills
    Me though sometimes, especially in the morning, however this hip stretch seems to cause that lower back pain to go away, while I’m doing it…. Frustrating cause Im not like inflexible…. 🤔
