I was a 82yr old woman who was in exceptional good health until 5 months ago and fractured my pelvis. mid way thru the 4th month I concluded most of the damage had healed but I was in such pain from the sciatic nerve and trying different exercises to relieve the pain, it seemed that pain was getting worse, I decided I might need medical intervention, but God being Good led me to your web sight. The one I watched first was for the left leg which is my bad leg, by the end of the day I could feel a difference, then I went on to the flossing, even more relief. The most important one was the 5 exercises I should not do, of course they were the one's I had been doing, no wonder my pain was getting worse. I have ordered your book and intent to share it with others. GOD BLESS you young man you have saved my life

This is the best explanation I’ve heard for how and why flossing works.

I was in PT therapy for 3 months for bulging disc/sciatica. Would leave feeling worse than when i came in. PT doctor pushed me to pain. Started following Dr Will. Finally started progressing. Having pain in therapy is not the answer. Now i do PT with his videos. Thank you Dr for helping me finally get relief. ❤

Thank you, I always learn and and enjoy your lessons. Many of your movement patterns remind me of Pandiculation something I love and learned through a Thomas Hanna training . Question, are you allow the spine and pelvis to respond while head and leg are moving? For me it feels natural to do this. Thanks again! Dar

Mine is in the left buttock piriformis and goes down the outside of the left leg to the ankle. Had it for 6 weeks now and is very painful first thing in the morning and when bending down. Some of the physio exercises made it worse.

  • @dianecrews6130

If you have a slipped disk, then that will work, but if you have spinal stenosis, sending back like that will not help, it will only hurt it more.

Hi Will, I recently sent youan email about a condition my son has called ankylosing spondylitis, I believe it is a form of sciatica and also arthritis. He gets flare up from time to time and sometimes he finds it difficult to walk. He is being treated for it, but I would like to find something more natural for him he is in his 40's. Will this exercise help him or can you suggest other videos you do.

I know you want us to ask our doctor if this or that works; however, doctors here in America are not interested in what works best for the patient, they are interested in their specialty only. Actually, they resent questions and denigrate our efforts to find answers for ourselves. In essence, they want to "take care" of you, they do not want us to take care of ourselves.

@@HT-Physio I feel the same way, unfortunately the medical profession is not about healing, but about money - i.e. surgery and pharmaceuticals. (I think you have to say consult your doctor as a disclaimer). I see that you are genuinely a person who wants to help people and I really applaud and respect you for that. I've been doing a variety of your exercises and they have been a big help to me. I just wanted to say thank you and keep up the good work.

Find a good physiotherapist. Mine in Wrexham did an initial assessment and then gave me 3 stretching routines to do at home, in between follow up appointments every 3 weeks. One of these was the flossing routine outlined by this cracking video. Fantastic channel. Subscribed.
