How to keep your body cool?
It is an important question and is also the need of the hour.
If you don't keep your body cool, you may face many issues like heart & liver problems, digestive issues, and much more.
Let's learn about the foods that can keep our bodies cool.
Cucumber and tender coconut can greatly help reduce the heat and keep your body cool.
When it comes to fruits, papaya, pineapple and mango can help you get the job done. You may be surprised when I say mango, but yes. Mango can help you cool down your body especially during the summer.
Similarly, all types of vegetables can help you cool down. Tomatoes and watermelons can aid a lot in this process. I would say my favorite is watermelon.
If you are fond of sweets, you need to understand this in the first place. The more your sugar intake levels are, the more the negative effects. It is one of the reasons for the increase in acidic properties.
If you still cannot avoid sweets, you can try fruits to suppress your sweet carvings. Raw honey could be a replacement too but should be within limits.
Try to space out these foods and have proper intervals between your meals. If you do this regularly, you will be able to maintain your body.

Thank you Sir, this is really helpful. You are always our health adviser / master. As a IT professionals we are facing neck pain and muscle tightness. It is much helpful if you could share your advises and tips of exercises to be followed to avoid this problem.
The shoulder muscles willn't have any pain sensory nerves and it will reflect after ages . So , please correct your sitting position , take frequent short break with massage while working , before going to sleep make sure you neck area is comfortable with pillow. This will help you in long term.

Sir, we all need clarification on the body cooling fruits( Papaya, Pineapple, Mango) what you said. My great great grandmother(96yrs) always tells us these fruits are heat for the body. This is been passed over generations and generations. Suddenly your message is shocking, I don’t know which one to believe. I have been watching your videos for a long time but never commented to any of it because it was inspiring and true. You need to explain us all for this.

Cucumber, watermelon and all vegetables will reduce body heat ok but I have a question nowadays watermelon is injected with chemicals for colour, mango is artificially made ripe by using stones even though we find which is natural fruit and which is artificially made as natural fruit how come we can find difference between them?
