You can. Just make sure to progress properly and start with light weights or in some cases no weight in order to not overstress the tendons and ligaments.
@@pierreseliteperformance That's a fun workout! This is the first time I've done the clean and press in decades. Felt great, and it's something I need to get back into the habit of doing. The workout moves fast and, as you say, requires speed, agility, and strength all the way through. Smart design. I especially liked the feeling of getting more coordinated with the agility movements with each set. It gives me something to look forward to. Thanks for sharing this. You're making the world a stronger place.
