    Looks delish! One thing though, just FYI. It is pronounced like 'empaNODa' There is no tilde over the n.

    I only have whole psyllium husk is that ok if I grind the whole psyllium husk to then use as a 1 to 1 substitute for the psyllium powder
    and can I add some chia seeds or tapioca to minimize the cracking in the dough

      Whole psyllium husk is not a one to one. It needs to be ground or use half the amount. Adding chia seeds works fine

    Should i freeze them before cooking it or air fry it then freeze it or does it depend on what the filling is

      I would freeze them after they are cooked. Uncooked coconut flour dough gets very dry when frozen.

    has anyone tried using flax or chia egg and did it work well?

      I haven't tried this recipe with flax or chia eggs but it should work You will most likely need to let the dough sit for a few minutes once it's all mixed together.

      No unfortunately coconut flour cannot be substituted with any other flour. It is very absorbent and reacts very different with liquid compared to other flours

    Please don't pronounce it wrong. It's empaNadas, not empanYadas.
