Thanks for the recipe Mel. I tweaked it a bit by using Lupin flour in place of the coconut. The empanadas dough was in the fridge overnight. I used a tortilla press to make the perfect rounds with dough balls of about 80g. Only (2) of them busted out during baking due to overfilling. The Keto pie crust worked very very well with my Thai inspired Bulgogi ground beef filling.

@@CookwithMel1 It's not like your EMPANADAS. It's called as PATTIES, normal one usually fill with potatoes. Special one fill with chicken and potatoes(Chicken Patties) . I think you know this. But seeing your video EMPANADAS definitely great.
