Olive oil is very bad to use in deep fried it becomes toxic, it's only good for salad n for sauteed

Nice Microwave Cam Shot! LOL So Yummy Looking! I saw this same dough used to make a fluffy cheese "pita" style bun, so I think it must be a good dough to use for many things. I've never had a tuna empenada, but I sure wanna try Now!

These are amaaazing. I did make a very slight adjustment since i didnt have enough almond flour. I added some ground flaxseed and also a tablespoon of lupin flour bcz my dough was quite sticky wowww I absolutely love that we can fry these crispy empanadas ♥️❤️♥️♥️♥️ thank u soo much xxx

I love every recipe and it really helps a lot of my craving esp. empanada one my fav snacks...kaya happy tummy ako...but I would like also to share since u have mentioned that u used olive oil in frying, olive oil is more suitable for garnishing and salad dressing dapat raw lang sya...when it comes to frying dapat daw coconut oil according Dr. Grace Rojo😊

Yum I made these with Ground Chicken thighs came out delicious. Mine weren’t as crispy as yours because I shallow fried instead of deep frying.
I will be trying this soon. Will probably do a ground beef filling and an apple filling (hubby loves fried apple pies). Just wondering about the tuna filling though...I don't have tuna with added oil. I guess I could drain the water from the can and just add my own olive or avocado oil. Just might have to try that version as well. Thanks so much for sharing your short, but very helpful low- carb videos with the rest of us! ❤
Wow, I'm glad I saw your comment because I didn't think about that. My tuna is in water( bought it on sale) . I'll bet being in oil helps with the dough getting crispy all the way through and not being soggy in the center! Thanks!

Sis did you really use mozarella cheese too? Same result? I did mine yesterday using gouda cheese and i was not happy with the result
why use an air fryer when frying in oil will add more fat for keto
@@rtgbhreth to avoid waisting oil or to watch your callories which i happen to do. Or to avoid a greasy kitchen. Lots of reasons!

I tried this recipe twice! It was better the second time but I noticed that the dough breaks because of the tuna filling. I will try again a third time but will keep the dough in the fridge for 15 min to stay chill because I live in a tropical country. We have to factor in that temperature of our environment I guess. Hopefully the dough doesn’t break this time! Third time’s a charm! The tuna filling tastes delicious!!
