Hello everyone!!
I've had a lot of people ask "how do you clean Pandora jewelry" and I'm showing you guys how I clean my jewelry.
Yes i was a Pandora employee and a lot of the techniques I am using in this video are from when I was working at pandora. We did use a specific silver cleaner for silver jewelry but I'm not sure where you can get it but when I find out I will let you know! Don't come at me if you don't like the way I clean my jewelry because this works for me. Also if you have rose or gold plated jewelry PLEASE be more cautious when scrubbing. You don't want to wear out the plating! (yes I spelt plating wrong @ 1:34 lol)
I try to be very detailed so don't get annoyed if this video is long. I did try to edit a lot out ...

I love Pandora..one year for Christmas I asked my husband to get me the Harry Potter charms and I been hooked ever since. I just bought some of the new Marvel charms and the ring. I haven’t cleaned my other bracelets in a while and they told me they could clean it for free. Nice and shiny!

Nice video!!! I've heard people say they shower in their Pandora jewelry. 😯 That's a big No No for me. I don't shower or wash dishes with any of my jewelry on, let alone Pandora.

I just used hot water, baking soda and a splash if vinegar and a little dish washing soap. Omg beautiful!!!

Is there a method on how to clean leather Pandora bracelet?
do it the same way but don't let it sit in the water too long, it can make the leather soft.

is rose gold/ gold bracelets not worth it ? I was thinking to get a rose gold/ gold snake chain or open bangle, but really worried of the colour change and can't polish it back to its original new condition? Can it be polished to its original condition like silver pieces?Thanks
Im just wondering, are there any alternatives for the polishing cloth? Or i can just use a regular cloth (e.g. tshirt, cloth that came in when you buy eyeglasses hehe)? Thanks in advance! :)
Honestly I used my glasses cloth before 😂 it took a bit of the tarnish BUT it made it look smudgy and not shiny. I really would just use a jewelry cloth meant for the tarnish. 😊

might be a difficult question, but u got a bracelet bangle that is a bit too small? can the cheshire charm come off on both sides, and can i make the bangle itself bigger? or am i gonna have too buy a whole new cheshire bangle bracelet??

The box says you can also use it for rose, gold, silver or platinum jewelry. I haven't tried it but I'm sure you can!
I clean all my gold all colours, silver jewellery with a good silver cleaning and polishing cloth from jewellery shops. I feel this is better than liquid drips.

Hello! I honestly do! Cleaning won't bring back the yellow colour because it is plated and the plating will begin to wear off after a while! Which sucks 😔 that's one of the reason I don't purchase the shine or rose jewelry. 😔

Hi, can I use this cleaning process for my reflexion mesh bracelet?
Nejdra P. Of course you can! But be-careful when scrubbing. I find cleaning the mesh bracelet a little to rough sometimes makes the braiding come lose and we don't want that! So be gentle.
Does this help with a yellow tint on silver ? My bracket and charms are silver and I’ve cleaned them but they still have like a fairly yellow tint
They make special sterling silver polish, meant to get that kind of stuff off. I've used it before with Q-tips, it does the job well. You should be able to find some inline for cheap. Soap and water are good for some of it, but there's only so much they can do if there's too much tarnishing. The yellowish sheen is probably from some of the alloy coming through (like copper, sterling silver is only 92.5% pure silver).

When I go to the store, I ask them to "tumble" my bracelet to clean it. could you elaborate on what exactly they do or the machine they use?
KittyLoves8265 I can definitely put a link of something that was similar to what we used. It was a container with polishing beads in it. You would add ur jewelry with either soap and water OR polishing cleaner. It's electric so you turn it in and the machine spins the container with the beads and your jewelry in it to clean it (almost like a washing machine). @@hizwifey-vu1ud It's funny too because they store them in plastic bags before selling them. I just got the pearl/chain bracelet, and pearls aren't supposed to be stored in plastic (as they're organic materials and need oxygen and moisture), and the sales girl pulled out a box full of the bracelets each in their own little plastic baggie

A polishing cloth would be the best thing to use to get your jewelry to have that shine back.

Pandora to get cleaned and the girl comes back and say do you remember what charms you had on your bracelet and I said yes, she said is it the one with the blue heart 💙 I said yup, she’s like ok I know which one it is, she comes bk and puts it on me I leave and when I check my bracelet the heart charm was broken it was like a crystal looking one, I was so mad 😠 and when I went back they were closing, never letting them clean my stuff again lessons learned.
they are the worst man they messed up all my stuff and won’t replace it

I hate the new Pandora polishing cloths. The old ones were amazing. I also use Dawn dish soap, I just put some in a bowl of warm water and let my bracelet soak for a few hours, then rinse. I disagree with using a toothbrush, even a soft one....silver is a very soft metal, and nylon bristles will cause tiny scratches that dull the finish. I use artists brushes I buy at Michaels or any art supply, the kind made for watercolors. Much gentler.

How often is it recommended to clean the Pandora jewelry? I like mine to be shiny and clean but that’s gotta be often enough to clean😂 will it harm the jewelry??
Nisa Ayu good question! I highly recommend DEEP cleaning (so what I'm doing in this video) 3-4 times a year. The more you wear your jewelry the cleaner it would actually be. The natural oils in ur skin keeps ur jewelry clean. But you can clean ur jewelry this way as many times as you want. I had employees who would clean their employee at least once a week. So no it should harm the jewelry if you clean cautiously and use the right products.

badbleep101 hello!!! I honestly wash my hands with my rings on all the time (silver jewelry) but if it's rose or gold plated I wouldn't do it all the time. Because it is played you don't want the playing to wear off but once in a blue moon should be fine.

I have a big wrist which when I measures tight I get 7.5 in but loosely I get 7.9 in and I want to get the pandora moments snake chain bracelet but 7.9 is biggest size listed online what should I do?
Denise Gomez hey hun! The snake chain bracelet also comes in 8.3 & 9.0 inches! I'm in Canada and they do carry those sizes on the Canadian website as well as in store. They should have those sizes everywhere. I would definitely check in store if you can before ordering online. Or even call customer service I'm sure they can find a way to get you the right size. But from reading your comment if 7.9 is lose I would suggest that because you will have room for charms. But see how 8.3 inches is before getting it! Hope this helps ✨

yes, just keep in mind rose is plated and you don't want to peel the rose off so be gentle when scrubbing.
would this loosen the glue and make the stones fall off if you have stones on the jewelry?
No! The crystals in Pandora jewelry are not glued in like cheap stuff is, they are properly set and held in by prongs! If they look glued in, I doubt it's real Pandora

not stupid at all. but unfortunately not, the cloth have some kind of chemicals and washing it would defeat the purpose of it.
i took my stuff to pandora to get it clean for the second time and they messed up my necklace and two bracelets and 38 charms i’m so mad most of them was brand new and none of them looked how they look now 😩 and they talked me into buying the cleaner i’m scared to use it because how they look
as a ex employee I would def not take my jewelry there. to many things happen behind close doors! I've seen employees break jewelry or a stone fall off and they still put the charm back on the bracelets.

Cynthia Maldonado-Flores no it hasn't ever happened to me, but I have seen it happen to some people. I feel like it's how your skin reacts to it. I wash my hands with my rings on most the times.
No they don’t turn you skin green. I almost never take mine off and I shower with mine on. It’s actually silver. Unless you’re allergic to silver.
Jewellery that turns your skin green is usually not made out of precious metals like sterling silver. They're usually made out of nickel, brass, or copper. Sterling tarnishes if exposed to too much oxygen and moisture, but if you wear it often enough it stays clean and shiny, and it can always be tidied up like how she does in this video. It's a good investment. I've had my charm bracelet for almost 10 years, and I've only had to clean it a couple of times!
What is your size for the bracelets
In the bangle I wear size 17cm which is the small. In the snake chain I wear size 18cm.

Yikes toothpaste use blue dawn dish liquid or get the cleaning kit toothpaste seems harsher js

Margaret Kaufman it might tarnish a bit but I wear my bracelet almost all the time and it doesn't really tarnish. Again it depends on if you use any chemical based products then it might.
