How To Make Flapjacks | Soft And Chewy Flapjacks | Golden Syrup Oat Bars

In this video I show you how to make flapjacks. Flapjacks are a British classic baked oats bar, made from oats, butter and sugar. This is a basic flapjack recipe made using golden syrup however you can also add chocolate chips and nuts.
Ingredients:
230g Salted Butter
175g Golden Syrup
165g Light Brown Sugar
325g Porridge Oats
65g Plain Flour

I mixed in some dried fruit and pumpkin seeds. My husband loved them! They are delicious, very soft and chewy but hold together and aren't too crumbly. Perfect!
