    I feel this one in my outer calves, it activates my oblique abs for balance.

    I find the 6 o’clock position challenges my glutes the most.. hopefully I’m doing it right

    I am feeling this almost entirely in the calf and the quad of my stationary foot. What am I doing wrong? (Also thanks so much for doing your podcast and sharing all the health information with us all!)

      youre not getting your hips to shift back enough so while you do want you weight in forefoot you need to push your bum back a little with the knee staying forward
