Should be very interesting to see if the magic position has now been achieved. When you think about how many revolutions your legs work through during a race, or in training of course, and the power going into each one of them, no doubt even some minor tweaking can cause some drastic changes and hopefully make the 'machine' run more efficiently.
Glad you finally try this. I went mid foot a few years ago and never go back. Actually commented under one of your videos a few month ago that you should also try it because you were such an extreme toe pointer. Hope you also have success with it. In my opinion saddle might still be 10-15mm to hight. In one of the slow mo shots you overextend your knee and toe point just after reaching buttom point of the movement but it's a good start.
Looks as though the right leg/ankle have some issues... is there a problem with internal rotation of the ankle or a leg length difference? Very interesting for sure...
position looks cramped. saddle still looks a bit high and still seeing noticeable toe point. Would love to see Ruth on a bike that actually fits her, such as the long and low E118 frame rather then this absurdly short and tall bike. Would also like to see a 150 mm crank.
running in cold weather is where my calf injuries come from

I went Mid foot to assist with morton's neuroma - so far so good
I've gotten my calf-issues from running-shoes which have had a higher going part at the back in the calf-area
i think this will pay off dividends for you Ruth!
I reckon youre probably on quite short cranks...but could go shorter. Your hip angle is very close at the top of the pedal stroke
The nose of ur saddle is so wide. How do you go with saddle sores?
Hair is a bit blonder?
