- Hey!
We're back with a collar with @Reastle1. In this video we've moved Ruth to a mid cleat position and tweaked the saddle position and bars. Hopefully this lets Ruth generate more power on the bike and get slightly more aerodynamic in the process.

I’ve been using mid cleat for a year and a half, I love it. More power, no more hot spots after long rides, and fresher legs off the bike. Just gotta watch out on the u turns, your toe can rub on the front wheel. 😂😂😂
Great to hear! That’s good feedback
I struggle with cleat placement for sure. Having a neuroma on my left foot moving the cleat further back would be great especially with hilly courses

Hoping to go and see MBPC in the new year, but I'm interested to know what package you went for Ruth (or do Pro's work with Matt more on a ad-hoc basis?) Thanks!
Sorry I thought this was Ruth's RUclips. 😀
What saddle did Ruth switch to in the end?
@brentdetta2510 Looked like an ISM PN 3.1, but not 100%
Ruth had our silver package . We’ve worked with Ruth before so just depends on what she needs
We ended up on a stride soft
Would you use shorter cranks as the lower leg is effectively shorter?
Hope to see 155mm or thereabouts.
To open the hips you would be will not alter the calf . Ruth is already on 165 cranks
All depends on the rider to be honest .
That video was at least twice as long as was useful. What was the point?
