БАСТУРМА ИЗ ГОВЯДИНЫ И СВИНИНЫ/ АРМЯНСКИЙ РЕЦЕПТ / СПЕЦИИ СВОИМИ РУКАМИ

Приготовили Бастурму по классическому Армянскому рецепту. Готовили с двух видов мяса, говядины и свинины. Показали в видео весь процесс начиная с подборки мяса и заканчивая пробой уже готового продукта!

Армяне "раскрутили" слово - бастурма. Правильно это - ապուխտ (апухт).

Armenia is not Kavkaz, and Armenins are not Kavkaztsi. If you want to say something about Armenia or Armenians just say like that, don't add Kavkaz. It is very common mistake among Russians and not only. Modern day Armenia is just an Eastern Armenia, there is also Western Armenia. And the Armenian language is belong to Indo-European family.

I spoke in general about the food that the Caucasian peoples love. Basturma is Turkish cuisine, Balkan cuisine, Caucasian cuisine, Armenian cuisine, Azerbaijani cuisine.

@@EaterTim well, the problem is that this idea of Armenians being Kavkaztsi is so wildspread sometimes is it hard to convince people that's not true , hence the purpose of my comment.

@@TM-kn8lz To be honest, I always thought that the Caucasus is a geographical region, a predominantly mountainous country in Eurasia, located south of the East European Plain, on the border of Europe and Asia, which covers the territories of Russia, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Armenia, a number of unrecognized and partially recognized states . And accordingly, all people living or born in these territories are considered Caucasians 😀

@@EaterTim it is more like Russia (Chechnia, Dagestan etc), Georgia, northern parts of Azerbaijan. By the way, Azeris are mongoloids, till 20th century there were called Tatars or just Muslims.
And the word khach means cross in Armenian, that's how Azeris, who are our enemies refer to us Armenians.
Armenian Highlands is more accurate turm for historical Armenia, both Eastern and Western, if you google it you will approximately understand what kind of geographical place it is. Western Armenia is in Turkey now. The turm was created in 19-th century.
And Armenians also are Diasporal nation for like centuries. For example, in Ukraine and Russia Armenians settled very early, I think even from the time of Kiyevski Rus.
Sorry , it's kinda became brief history of Armenians 😄
