Warehouses that let you listen to music and dont trip about you going to the rest room be the best
yeah and most are fucking terrible and treat you like shit even when you work the hardest
Actually your not supposed to do that. Technically you aren't allowed to have phones past the security check point, if they find you with a phone you'll be interrogated.
As for the bathroom. It's usually half way across the facility, and you basically need to sprint there because you're being timed by the second.
The first break is within 4 hours and its only 10 minutes, technically its 15 but its usually a 5/10 minute walk.
@@jeremyholcombe6116 wtf typa rules is that?
Sounds like slavery
@@hoodvines2720 it's called TOT or time off task. If you arent moving within 3 minutes you get a TOT warning. And that doesnt include you're work rare. You must have a 90% work rate, so essentially you're sprinting around for 12 hours straight, with essentially no breaks.
And there's like a thousand employees working all at once so I dont understand why it would be so difficult to have longer breaks, or at least a break every 2 hours. And the thousands of employees thing isnt an exaggeration either, their are literally thousands of people there on the same shift
@@jeremyholcombe6116 shit that’s why Fulfillment centers are ass I’m at a delivery station and it ain’t that deep we be big chillin
You missed the part when you woke up in the dark to go to work. Then come back home in the dark. It feels like the entire day is wasyed
Exactly!!!!!!
U gotta go early 1am or 4am start time
That's my life at least in the winter. Leave in the dark and come home in the dark......sucks sometimes but it is what it is
As if other works aren’t like that -_- also... As if everybody is privileged or lucky enough to get better jobs than this
it’s work. it’s not a day wasted, you’re making money that’s life.
I thought I enjoyed being introvert till I started working at Amazon
There ya go
Is this a good job for introverts?
Same. You start to miss human interaction after the first week...
God made us to be social. I thought I wanted a house in the desert with my neighbor being 10 Mi away until I did one too many trips to Phoenix and I realize that it would suck to be out here with nothing to do
Literally
The Amazon warehouse I used to work at was so crowded, by the time you got outside for your break, it was already over...
Truly was one of the most soul crushing jobs I'd ever had
It ain’t much but it’s a honest hard work. Respect to all warehouse workers!
This brain dead work. I work warehouse to not even close to this we have so much more
Thanks man!!!
Jeff Bezos himself said it wasn’t a long term job, go in for a few months maybe a year or two get your cash and get out. That’s what I’m doing, I needed an extra job so I can pay off my car by December. 4 more months to go. I can’t say it hasn’t been a good job, it’s easy.
It ain’t hard lol 😂 it requires zero skill

No lies detected 🤣
Looks lifeless.
All jobs are becoming like this now.
It’s called making an honest living. Something you know nothing about.
Damn zombie just smoked you
I mean it’s a job not a social club
@The Real Nexus You make as much as a school teacher does when you first start out at Amazon at the lowest level associate. With zero education requirements, what more would you want from a job like that doing such simple tasks. It’s the managers you end up with that treat you good or not, no ones treating me bad where I’m at I hardly ever talked to any managers, and I never even break a sweat inside the air conditioned warehouse. They start you at $15.50 in my state when it’s $10 minimum wage, they pay better than a lot of jobs around here that require resumes and high school educations. It’s how you budget that determines your quality of living with a minimum annual salary of $32,000 a year, and you really make more like $40,000 with the amount of overtime they give, and really good benefits.
You can’t go with the $600-800 car payment and expect to live well with an income like that and I see so many people do that. Hardly anyone lives within their means bc they wanted the 2020 car instead of the 2010, and eat out every meal instead of grocery shopping. I also have 3 days off a week to have a side hustle of some sort, night shift gets 4 days off a week and make the same. I personally make $60,000 a year working full time at Amazon as a level 1 and running a small solo pressure washing business on the side.
@Head Piece leave the personal issues at home no one wants to see that. You’d have to try pretty hard to get hurt at Amazon 😂 it’s not even labor intensive. And if you do get hurt the long term and short term disability is a benefit they provide at no cost. You get 60% of what you’d make on 40 hours while you sit at home and get better.
As an Introvert. I like this a lot. It's like the previous warehouse Job I had working in the cold storage. In Australia the pay is different and much more higher for those working in a warehouse compared to other countries.
After a while I had some health issues going on that weren't related to work.
I had to deal with it. But now all is good.
Warehouse Jobs do look lifeless and boring but I do well at those type of jobs 😊
I live on a honey farm warehouse. But this kinda looks the same like over here just that it run by Mexican and they are mostly lifeless because they don't want to be stung by bees and believe that bees can sense emotions. Not sure if it true be every bit count if it means not being stung.😅

Ive been at Amazon for about 9 months and i love it. My job is basically the person that keeps all the boxes stocked for the packers, but on a much bigger scale than seen in this video. I love working 4 ten hour days with 3 off. Full time benefits. The pay is the best pay you can find for an entry level position in the area. Holiday pay. Overtime pay. Vacation time. Paid personal time. People complain too much and will see that there isnt much out there thats better.

Tbh I've felt the same working for Walmart for the last few years unloading trucks and then doing the new delivery vans, the jobs aren't as bad as ppl say they are, and at least in my company there is lots of room for upward mobility. funny how everyone talks shit about the amazon jobs, but when a new amazon site launches in your neighborhood, there is a line of new applicants that runs 9 blocks down the road. why? cause no one else is gonna pay 15+ hour to a person that has no skills and no experience. Absolutely true. I had started and then quit in January 2022. I'm back at Amazon now. It's so easy to get hired. Also there were some toxic workers who were just assh*les. Surprisingly the mangers weren’t the worse I’ve had which is a surprise.
Also a lot of workers would just smoke weed in the parking lot and outside benches during breaks and lunch which I found hilarious because it indicated that the security cameras was not working at all. Lol.
When I would pull into the parking lot in the early mornings to start my shift I would see bottles of alcohol scatter around the lot. So we had workers who were intoxicated. They hid their drunkness well to say the least.

@@FleeGuy92 exactly, I see so many people here with their negative comments 🤦🏻♀️ saying “why be a robot “ I’m like robots don’t have feelings and they can’t decide unlike human we can decide and we have feelings plus we chose this job cause WE WANTED no one forced us but there is always going to be those people who say “ you can do better “ bruh how about you offer me a job and pay me what I deserve in your eye ? But no you only worried about judging 😂
U missed the part where you go 120 on the highway
Hell yea hit almost 140 one time 🤣
I admire your hustle.
Man thts a best job ever
3 packages - 1st break - 1 package -2nd break - 1 package - boom its 6pm already ,done for the day.
Im doing night shift I lost my job due to a dui. Wish the best for me il get it back after a year I served 8 months so far . 4 months to go
That’s honestly how I feel every day too. Wake up, sigh, go to the hospital, see a bunch of patients, sigh some more, going home when the sun is down. Although I choose to work 5 12 hour shifts. That leaves 1 day per week to recover and 1 day to take care of household chores 😅
that is much better than being a robot in Amazon.
If you’re working in a hospital you’ll probably be able to retire at 50
The dude running as you scanned in had me 😂 you know he was late and all might amazone was watching him
Why does this Job look cool to me
I applied for Amazon warehouse associate at a fulfillment center. During my interview do I tell them that I want to be in the packing department or do they just place me where I want to be? I have never works for Amazon so I don’t know how anything works. But I would love to do packing
They usually place you where they need people. You should know what position you will have during your first day
@@kaelle thank you! If I don’t get packing do you think it’s a good idea to ask about the position when it comes available or do I have to apply for it? I don’t if they can move you around.... if you know what I mean. Thanks for all your feedback
@@SydneyElliott777 yes! you can definitely let them know. they also offer cross-training too and you can ask about that. good to have whenever they needs extras
@@kaelle thank you so much
Avoid anything that requires a literacy proficiency.
Yes gurl pay them bills
🤡
All she doing is scanning items that’s wazzup
Man U think it’s just that but that shit is hell😂
Hell always look nicer out side untill you get in🤣
@@fredwaywalls4686 it ain’t so bad 😏
Only that sucks is picking up the big dog food bags or big ass boxes. But it’s pretty decent if u learn as many positions as you can so you’re able to rotate and not do the same thing the whole shift
@@jimb00ty I like it I ain’t complaining … really love seeing the different sex toys that come in 😝
Man, I do not miss working there 😭 Wanted to take VTO as soon as I got to Stand Up.
VTO is how I've lasted 3 years 😂
Flex Amazon is literally the best thing in the world. I picked up flex (EXTREMELY hard to find an opening, because they go- instantly fast) so I could focus on school and my mental health, while also making as much money as I felt like making.
You literally pick your own hours and pick up the open shifts. I would advise if you’re trying to do other things on the side, to find a flex position- it’s amazing. Weekly pay. Anytime pay. The job is very boring, but I love boring (especially coming from the terrible banking industry). It’s fairly simple and easy, and you can actually wear headphones too.
You’re alone in your own station area as well, which is what I love, as I HATE customer service with a passion, and decided I would never get back into customer service- it’s TERRIBLE. Dealing with people on a daily basis is horrible. But here, I just put items in this robot/bin thing for three hours 😆 then I leave.
U forgot the part where u hookup wit sancho during lunch😝
@Pavel Martinov ya but amazon the domain of 18-20 years olds fresh for the streets
@@Bryanseasbc they work at Amazon ?
