Walking, even if it’s house work and yard work. It’s a lot of stretching and bending. I wash my floors on my hands and knees. My floors are much cleaner than if I used them up and I’m getting the added benefit of all that stretching and bending. I am 71 and in really good shape. I have a small vegetable garden and lots of plants outside to maintain that gets me outside and moving also.
We shape takes the stress away from movement. And movement is really the key.
