The M53/59 is an Anti-Air that was designed and built in the late 1950s and all the way through the late 70s in former Czechoslovakia. The Czech Republic still used these vehicles through the 1990s. This truck is armed with dual 30mm cannons with roughly 90mms of pen. They are devasting to aircraft and can take on most ground vehicles at its battle rating. This thing is a blast to play and I encourage you to enjoy it before it goes up in battle rating.

M53/59 Praga was Czechoslovak self-propelled anti-aircraft gun developed in the late 1950s. It consists of a heavily modified Praga V3S six-wheel drive truck chassis, armed with a twin 30 mm AA autocannon mounted on the rear for which the vehicle typically carries 900 rounds of ammunition.

This great skin reminded of a story. During the war in north east Bosnia one serb 50cal in some woods was harassing the Croat line. After some time the croats got annoyed and called in a PRAGA to silent the mg. PRAGA showed up and not just silenced the mg but also cut down the forest where it was firing from.
This team's chemistry and communication is second only to the level of chaos they bring to the battlefield! Great video, guys! One thing I can confirm this video is Jim is less drunk than a typical Russian tank commander.

The M53/59, known as Praga PLDvK vz. 53/59-"Ještěrka" (Praga twin-cannon AA Model 53/59 "Lizard") in Czech, is an ex-Czechoslovak SPAA built from the chassis of a Praga V3S truck with a pair of 30 mm ZK453 autocannon onboard. Although this truck was designed and manufactured at the dawn of supersonic jets, these 30 mm cannons did provide devastating firepower against light targets.
The truck didn't see action in Czechoslovakia (and their successor states) but combat records in both South Europe and Africa reflect its combat capability at support fire operations.
One of the newcomers of the Update "Sky Guardians" and part of the Soviet tech tree, it not only doubled its firepower over its Soviet counterparts, but also has a high rate of fire against any possible aerial targets or armoured targets which happen to show their sides. It has more than enough penetration at its rank to tear them down with ease; but players would still have to conserve ammo as 100 shells per load (50 per magazine) with a rather long reload time could possibly be a death sentence to the truck. Sneak up and flank unaware enemies or find a spot and conceal yourself, then unleash bullet storm upon them when they show their sides. Or you could try the Bo way…

The truck this "thing" is based on; u can still find them in many European (not just ex-Czechoslovakian) utility depos' backyard, junkyards, and at the back of macine-shops, rusting away, usually with a crane.

The femur is one of the hardest bones to break so as a medic of we see that it means major trama
The first scene of the video is just messin with BO and then it just cuts to a threat of breaking femurs. I love this channel for this reason
The praga was used in bosnian and Croatian homedefense war you can see by the insignia on the front of the truck(the Croatian chesboard) my uncle actualy manned one of these machines
I knocked my hip out of socket when I was a kid. 20 years later my right foot pointed to far out so the doctor had to break my femer up close to my hip and turn my leg back in 15° so that my foot would point straight again. Then he had to rebuild my hip and socket. When Jim says it's the most painful he's not bullshiting. I've never felt pain like that and I've had 6 back surgeries with several fusions. Stick better beware before he goes into the femer breaker!
BTW, Bo, had it not been for this channel with all the great members of TBLF I never would have gotten through so many surgeries. I'm fully disabled now and spend a lot of time on RUclips. Both of my daughter's love your channel and it's something we can do together to watch a new Bo Time video. We especially love the Human Fall Flat episodes. Day 12 here in the wilderness of War Thunder. I am starting to believe that things are changing around here. I have gotten in CQB levels of close when it comes to witnessing some of the combat. That has nearly ended me in both the armor and air departments. Luckily, documenting the action was the least of my issues. One Big German Cat mistook me for one of those April Fools soldiers, and tried to shoot me. Thankfully I was too quick for it to catch me. . . . . . . This time. Bo, and TBLF for that matter, make sure you see these messages. We need a pack of trained T26E4 Super Pershing’s to deal with these wild animals.

The top-tier ground vehicle for this year's crafting event isn't a Leopard variant. It's the QN-506, a Chinese equivalent of the BMP Terminator.
Also, the air vehicle is the A-7K Corsair II.
