The T1E1 was recently added to the game and it had mixed feelings about its arrival. It is a very similar tank to the M6A1 that we have had in the game for years and is it another copy-and-paste situation? I personally don't feel it is in this case. The Cast armor is something to definitely take note of but more importantly, the transmission with 6 reverse gears really makes this tank. The ability to go close to 11mph faster in reverse than the M6A1 is very noticeable and welcomed. It is nice that it was not added as a premium and helps you flesh out that 5.0 U.S. line a little better. It would have been nicer to have something more unique and different but I celebrate any WW2 Tank added at this point as a win. Let me know what you guys think about the tank and the decision to add it.

I like to use the 37 mm for a quick rough ranging shot before I use the 76 mm
Because this thing has a B-17 engine inside it, you can pull the IS-2 Cheese where you drive backwards and be a real pain-in-the-ass to kill.

Is the only difference with the m6a1 is the engine? I never got whythey add essentially the same vehicle with a different engine
T1E1 has the electric transmission giving it a 30kph reverse speed. That's about it for differences.
This has cast armor instead of welded and a different transmission
