I am using noni drink 2/3 days in a week in the evening, in the last 2 years. I have a plant in a drum in terrace, bearing fruits always. Matured fruits keep utside and when it smells and soft, I will keep in the fridge. When required 1 and half fruit will crush in mixy and filter it with water and remove the seeds. Before crushing remove the thin skin with a knife. Then put 4 glass water and milk powder two spoons and required jaggery. Then there will be good flavour also and bad smell also removed. It can be consumed by 3 persons. Try and inform.
Cow liver is loaded with iron. In your case, eating a decent amount of cow liver would most likely get rid of your anemia. Look It up. All the best to you.

I've had it all my life and you know it can really just make you feel wiped out and so exhausted all the time . While you can get a quick fix and energy from sublingual liquid vitamin B12 and complex where you just hold it under your tongue in your mouth for about a minute and then swallow it you are better off with something like Noni and also tincture of BLACK WALNUT . With pernicious anemia the person is missing something in their stomach called intrinsic factor and so they have trouble with absorbing iron or getting it from Foose and they also are unable to make their own vitamin B12 . So you want to eat foods that are high in natural B12 and iron ... not synthetics which are what most vitamins are regretfully . Once you start consuming things like Noni and or the black walnut tincture you will see your energy go up .
Veena , I had HEPATITIS VIRAL B years ago and I'd try to drink no need several times a week and I'm fine . I think some people tend to overdo things nowadays and they're probably the ones having the problems especially if they already have liver damage

Hi my 96 year old gramma has been prescribed hydroxurea because her blood platelets r really really high. Idk if u no what it is....it's pretty much chemotherapy. She was told 2 take 2 baby aspirin with it every couple days. And it's best 2 wear gloves when handling the capsules. She is scared to take this because she had 2 take it 3 yrs ago and already knows about the side effects. She looks so sick right now. I'm worried about her. A friend of mine told me this noni juice is like a cure-all. I was wondering if u can tell me more about it... please

Noni fermented in the refrigerator for a few months becomes sweeter and more medicinal. I've never had it go bad in the fridge.
