Man, it's always a real treat seeing the real Spaceman in action. Ace had a lot of substance problems and I'm sure wasn't the easiest to work with, but man that guy had charisma and personality in his playing and onstage presence. Too bad the cameras always seemed to focus so much on Paul and Gene. Don't get me wrong, I love all the guys in KISS, but it really should have been a more equal partnership both onstage and off. The 4 originals had that very rare "magic" when combined.

My first Kiss Concert 1977 at the Winnipeg Arena. I have to chuckle still love these bloody mercernarys despite being British Born and devotion to the Rolling Stones. Watching this video reminds of initially believing Paul was Black because of his voice being soulful; yet, hard rock at the same time....
i actually saw this show when it was in boston. OMFG it was such an awesome show. the screen in the back of them at times would show different things and it was in 3D. totally amazing show. cant wait till they come around again
I was at this show. It was at Dodgers Stadium. I didn't know it was being broadcast on Fox. Musically, KISS isn't the best band in the world, but they put on one helluva fun show. This concert was awesome and I'll never forget it. It was the second best KISS concert out of 10 I'd been to.

What a great way to celebrate Halloween in Los Angeles.. Drove the 66 Mustang along Sunset to Dodger Stadium, four of us in full KISS costume. They would not serve beer at the gig to anyone with full make up on as they couldn't id ya...Got the shirt though..!
Seen them 4 times an they where best 4 shows I've ever seen out of concerts I've been to seen hot in the shade in Johnstown again Pittsburgh Hershey park which is only time I seen them out doors n again in Penn state Hershey Park was the pychcio circus tour n the is at the top so many great songs that people probably never heard like all hells breaking loose hide ur hard hotter then hell firehouse easily they are in top 3 best bands ever 1st in my opinion!!!! Love band kix also Steve Whiteman met when many times he is from my hometown piedmont west Virginia my dad n uncles grew up with him n where friends but they are awesome in concerts as well just didn't have any Pyro like kiss but they never got the credit they deserved they are now but not back n all of the 80 to middle 00s

First of all I've been a fan since '72, all of the bands you've mentioned weren't even in existence, longevity is the key word here. Although I've seen Slipknot, KoRn & Metallica the comparisons are non-relevant Kiss is the Greatest band period. Kiss has the largest concert attracting 250,000 none of the bands you've named have even come close to that as a headlining act alone But your comment is your own opinion and to the millions and millions of Kiss fans we don't care about your opinion!!!!!
