    I love this workout. However, I push the uphill to the max. 15 degrees and adjust the speed so that I'm not exceeding about 70% of MHR. The benefits are muscular, neuromuscular, and endurance. I dont worry about lack of speed for purposes of this one run. At 70%, I can run a long time but still not stress my legs as much as I would running uphill on the roads.
