Still Here: Caregiver Conversations (Rachael & Maria)

Meet Rachael and Maria. Two strangers bonded by their experience of becoming sandwich generation caregivers at similar phases of life, as they cared for both their parents diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia (FTD) while also navigating raising their own children.
Rachael and Maria learned early on the importance of community, whether it be in-person or on social media, and found that navigating their caregiving journey became a bit simpler when they had each other to lean on, talk through the progression, and the emotions that come with it.
