Same process as 1 micro-SD card set up (put the micro-SD card with AmberELEC in TF1 and the games micro-SD card (blank) in TF2, boot up/turn on your device (to extend the file partition), shut the device down, insert the games micro-SD card back in your PC to copy your bios & roms). 😉
Dosn´t work on my device. After i put amberalec on the sd card with rufus. (The file is extracted) And put it on my device. Its just black screen. Turn the device of and put some roms in the folders. But still nothing. Do i have to use rufus to transfer the roms?
@@christopheraspegren7357 You have to copy the RetroArch bios, copying only roms is not enough because the bios are system files, without them you game roms won't work. Unfortunately, I can share with you where to get those bios because they are copyrighted (same as roms) but if you google RetroArch bios, you'll find them. 😉
@@ironcladcobra alright i will try that. But is it normal for the srcreen to be black after the first time a put in the sd card with only the amberelec on it?
@@christopheraspegren7357 Yes, it will be black as AmberELEC is installing but after the first installation you shouldn't have a black screen, otherwise it must be a problem. 😉
bios are the system files that you need for some game systems to run. Unfortunately, I can't share links on where to download them because they are, like roms, copyrighted. However, if you Google RetroArch Bios Pack, you'll be able to find them. 😉
Thanks for doing this tutorial! I now have AmberElec installed on my R36S clone the R40S Pro and am transferring my ROMs via PC
Awesome! You're welcome. 😉
@ironcladcobra I had to reinstall ArkOS because AmberElec was locking up on the tools screen. Any fixes for that?
@@chrismorris477 That's weird, what brand is your SD card?

What is the process to use 2 cards?

Rufus is used only to copy/flash the AmberELEC image file, not to transfer roms. Did you do step 5 correctly? 😉
@@ironcladcobra I think so. But what bios do i need to copy? Is it not just the roms?

How do I change brightness up/down on Amberelect? I just install it on my R36s and I don't know
How would u change the language of a game
It depends on your game rom region (US, EU, Japan). I usually use US game roms, so it's English. 😉
