Good honest video Jen, thankyou. I am finally starting my Mavenclad journey on Monday the 15th of April. I am excited & nervous, already deal with heavy fatigue, but I will be pleased when this two year treatment is over and done. Big hugd :)
Lynne let's hope the side effects will be minimal for you. Good luck with this journey. Keep us posted if you want to.
Hi Jen I'm in week 13. Actually the end of week 13 will be in a couple days for me.
Today took walk. Mollasses is a great word to use. That's how I felt on my short walk tonight 😄
Good for you Christine to take a walk. Even if it feel like moving through molasses you did it!
I’m on year 1 week 4 and so sick vomiting 🤮 and fatigue
Hi Tamina's that sounds really rough. Mavenclad is like a low dose chemo treatment. Check side effects. I recall those are listed. You have one more day to go. Call the the Mavenclad support number and tell them you are vomiting. Im not a medical expert nor am I associated with the drug company in any way. Are you part of the Faceboo group Mavenclad for MS? I found this group to be a great support with helpful advice. Its for people like you and me who are either taking Mavenclad or thinking of taking it. Hope that helps. Wishing for you that the vomiting stops. Fatigue can be a pretty normal side effect. With all that is going on as long as you are not allergic to the medication, it sounds like it's working hard to kill the cells that attack MS.
Women Thriving with MS my nurse actually held back my week 2 because I’m so sick. Hopefully I can get through this x
Good plan its better to as well as possible when you start. Wish you to get through week one and start to feel less sick 💜
Hello, I just found your videos and I thank you for doing them. I am trying to decide if i should go on it or not.
Have you done the first dose?
Hi Anne yes I have. If you you have a chance take a look at my video for week one or the unboxing video where I speak about my decision. It wasn't an easy decision to make.
