Mr. Wee is a legend in the watch industry. Great video and great insight and awesome watches. Love listening to other collectors tell their love affair with watches. One of the best episodes.. amazing time pieces and stories to back them up. What a beautiful collection. If I am lucky enough to build a collection, it would be exactly the same as his.. the best

Great video and presentation of drool worthy watches. Interesting discussion about the history of the pieces selected. Tay Liam Wee seems like a fascinating person. Great job Zoe.
John Kaufman Amazing! Liam is in the Hong Kong office frequently, so you may get the chance to meet him as well. Thanks for your comments! -Team WatchBox
FYI : Hong Kong actually buys more swiss watches then the whole US 😳 that's official data. Gives you the perspective on how important the HK market is.
Hong Kong is the largest watch market in the world, which is why we had to be there! If you are ever traveling through Hong Kong, stop by and pay us a visit!
@@alectang1614 No doubt that tourists/travelers of all types make up a big portion of sales. The population of HK isn't otherwise big enough to drive that large of a share in the market. Tourists make up a large part of domestic Swiss sales (and even NYC and LA watch sales...). --Team WatchBox

Gives you the perspective on how important the HK market is.
Hong Kong is the largest watch market in the world, which is why we had to be there! If you are ever traveling through Hong Kong, stop by and pay us a visit!
That's because pretty much all asia travel there to buy.
Mainland Chinese tourists probably make up a large portion of sales.

Zoe is missed. Too bad she is not utilized. So much better than the current Philly staff
by the way, frank muller is not doing well.. there was already a watch with 3 time zones.. ie gmt master.
3 time zones is Glycine Airman double 24h, and Breitling Avenger II GMT, GMT Master has one zone on a dial, second on a bezel, end of story.
$2B in sales, thats crazy !!
“ watch makers repeating their classical designs....” sounds like PP has been in a vortex for a while therefore.
Came for the watches stood for the legs...
Which watch do you think had the nicest lugs? 🤔
