True enlightenment is not obtained, it is given as a revelation by God to the person who seeks him. Eternal life is also a gift from God, but in order for us to accept this gift, we have to understand the nature of sin and that us living consistently good lives does not make us innocent of the evil we have done. If we trust in our own goodness, then we are trusting ourselves to save ourselves, but if we put our faith in Jesus who paid the penalty for our sins on our behalf, then we will receive eternal life if we transfer our faith from ourselves to the Savior Jesus. If we want to have eternal life, we must acknowledge the true God who gives it, Jesus Christ.
If a person is humble, he will acknowledge that he has not reached enlightenment, but if he does acknowledge this, then it implies that he affirms that the end he suspects in his journey is true without actually having obtained it, and so, a person does not truly know his path is true. However, if a person chooses Jesus, Jesus gives his Holy Spirit to those who believe in him, seek him, and ask for his gift, and that person can know the end from the beginning, and have the affirmation that Jesus Christ is the true God.
      God Bless.

What he said is amazing. My grandmother left and I chose to remember what was good and pleasant between us. We lost some time together that could have been pleasant but I remembered how she loved me when I was young when there was no dad around and Mom was off into the military. She’d already raised her children yet took me on as her responsibility to give me mother the opportunity to start a life as a young adult.
I say all this still in tears yet with so much gratitude. I hope this lady can find the pleasant memories and delight in those memories as a source of joy.
And perhaps she needs a visitation through a dream from her Mother to bring comfort and I hope the Universe will grant her that.

When she said all her spiritual learning.. all she did... nothing is helping. That's what grief and loss is.. Grief is so powerful but also a final testament to love. She is struggling..and trying her best to find strength. We are stronger than we think. Even when are at our weakest.. We are strong.❤

Damn! What a statement by Sadguru. I watched my mother die over a period of a little less than three years, slowly and VERY painfully. She was the only one in my life as a family member who was there 24/7. Even in her pain she expressed love and compassion.
The way she died was tagic and disturbing. For years I carried around the anger of her unfair and corrupt death. But when I realized that every thought and emotion I have of her honors her memory or honors the way the world destroyed her... I was absolutely humbled.
I realized that no matter what happened to her how she showed up in the face of the ultimate adversity was so sweet and compassiona I knew she was connected to something Divine.
Let us LOVE and HONOR those we have lost with thoughts and feelings of joy and spiritual power ❤❤🙏

Amen. I lost my mom when I was young and all I can tell you is this: don't remind yourself how or why she died, but remember all the good things, all that she taught you (which she would like you to do) and all the good memories. Just like you would like your child to remember you. I promise it will help. You want to smile and not cry when you remind yourself of your parent. They would want the same.
