@@doribonesbonner8848 Cells cannot think. They only retain memories captured through thought. The neurites you talk about are under the Autonomic Nervous System which has no cerebral quality at all. The ANS are divided into the Sympathetic and Parasympathetic Nervous Systems which don't require thought to function. Thought is purely a cerebral activity of the Central Nervous System. The heart neurites you talk about are not even as complex as the abdominal plexi which is sometimes called the little brain, but even it gives you impressions. Not thought. He is 💯 correct. Only the brain thinks.

No one can break your heart. It's the emotion we feel that is confusing mental thought. Emotion comes from chemicals being released from the brain that makes it feel as if it is the heart. Pay close attention to the details in life so life doesn't pass you by.

Inspired from one of the comments..I shall too update here everyday. I determined to do this meditation for 90 days. Started from may 5th, end day is Aug 2nd. If I miss some days, I shall extend the end day
May 5 to May 12 - Done
May 13 - Missed due to a hectic day
May 14 to May 15 - Done
Yeah the meditation is definitely helping me.

My dad, brother, society , in laws, husband wanted me to do what make them happy but I HV always done what I wanted to n so I HV no regrets even though I HV to face a lotttt of struggle ...I knock them all n m happy bot my life the way m leading.

@@kishordixit7910 sometimes u can't make everyone happy bcz no matter how much u try u just can't make others think the way u do bcz everyone learns with their life.... every member of a family has their own experience and that can be completely different from others of the same family so many times the 2 members of same family can see same situation as 2 completely different situation and want different things from it and u can make others happy only when u are happy so 1st thing how can u make urself happy......Humans are social animal so we feel like we are bound to take care of others so if there is a very critical and u think that later on u can manage to come out of this then for a limited time span u can comprise but if it's going to affect forever then don't do it for anyone.....U have gotten just 1 life...for urself
Everyone is responsible for THEIR OWN happiness! You cannot MAKE someone happy or unhappy-that is their choice. Anybody can choose how to react (or not react) to what others say or do-happy or not, in the end it's THEIR choice.
