    • @sajanaryal6932
      @sajanaryal6932 Год назад

      @@coBinhtienganh One of the essence of living a virtuous life that I learnt is that we should never rely on external things for our happiness. That includes our family members and anyone else we value. We do not own them. At one point, everyone has to die. My best advice to you is not to think that your life was dependent or has to be depended on your husband. We should NEVER rely on someone else for the major source of our happiness, even if it is our partner. It should be within us. I am not trying to undervalue the impact your husband had in your life and I am genuinely sorry for your loss. But remember, you do not own anybody and anyone who's born has to die at some point. That includes you and your two kids as well. So while we are alive, what's the point of living a life full of misery? What would your husband have wanted you to do in this situation? Constantly mourn him or focus on living your life to the fullest before you die? If he loved you, he would want you to stop grieving him and focus on cultivating your happiness within yourself, even if you have to be a little selfish for that. You are a strong woman and your kids will grow up being inspired by all the things that you are doing for them. Good luck for your life ahead!

    The more I accept the fact that everyone dies, the more I love (and probably cling to) my loved ones, and the greater are my grief and loss when their time comes... I sometimes think that if I loved and treasured them less, I wouldn't feel so devastated when they die. Where's the balance? How do I love without clinging?

    • @buddhisttv3885
      @buddhisttv3885 Год назад +6

      I would say that by being aware of the law of impermanence every day we cling less. Everything that is born will die.
      It is not about loving less. But loving more by clinging less.
      It frees Love.
      But let's not make it into a big ideal. We probably do cling without knowing it and we will eventually suffer accordingly. That's just the way it works.
      Peace.

    Amitabha is the king of light and the king of buddhas. Amitabha can also be called Buddha of Infinite Light and Buddha of Infinite Life. Namely Amitabha. Amitabha, freely translated as immeasurable life (Sanskrit amita^yus), immeasurable light (Sanskrit amita^bha), so Amitabha is also known as immeasurable life Buddha and immeasurable light Buddha. However, in Tantric Buddhism, Amitabha's response is incarnate as the Buddha of Immeasurable Light, and his sacrificial body is the Buddha of Immeasurable Life. It is stated on the scroll of the immeasurable life that the Buddha of immeasurable life is majestic and bright, the most respected first. It is also said that the Buddha of Infinite Life is boundless in stature, which is beyond the reach of ordinary people.
    The "Blessed Life Sutra" says: If anyone gets the title of Buddha, he rejoices, believes, and even thinks, he should know that he has the supreme merit. The Amitabha Sutra says: recite Amitabha, and get the protection of all the Buddhas in the sand of the Ganges in the ten directions!
    Support sentient beings to the Pure Land of the West. The person who recites the Buddha can now obtain ten benefits. This is what the Blessed One proclaimed in the sutras that the Buddha opens the golden mouth, the truth is true!

    I don't believe in spirits, ghosts, the soul, life after death, heaven, spirituality, etc and never will. Once you've gone you cease to exist other other than in people's memories. And that is why although my wife died in 2011 I've never gotten over losing her. In fact the grief has gotten worse year after year, even intensive therapy did nothing to ease my grief. I now accept the pain I feel will haunt me till the day I die.

      Please don’t wreck the rest of your life…. spread some of that love you gave her - people all around you will appreciate it…. live on, get yourself in good shape physically to live on

    9:46 - We can transfer merit to the dead people with a simple trick.
    Here if is.
    ------------
    When you are going to do a wholesome or meritorious deed, think to yourself "May all the goodness and merit of this deed go to this person"
    Then the merit of the deed immediately goes to the dead person. And you yourself will get nothing but the happiness of that deed.

    At 14 my mom was brutally murdered by someone she loved, and we all loved. All she showed him was love, the event was public and on the news. He’s arrested, she’s gone, it’s been atleast 10 years. Besides grief and loss, how does one deal with the anger towards someone else like that?

    It is not easy to love someone whole heartedly and then loose them one day., especially when they are young. It’s the most heart breaking thing to loose one of your children. But why I think it happens is because of that person karma. I am thinking that’s why we are on the
    this earth. We have to pay for all our wrong doings, because we hurt someone in our pass life. So we have to suffer the consequences in this life😭😭😭😭

      Buddha has said that the rebirth cycle is so vast, we meet the same people again and again with a difference appearance. We don't know what deeds or evil actions we may have done, we can only see results as we meet with people.
