1)If you need to cry, is ok to cry. Crying release pressure. 2) Find a person to share your sorrow. The person should not give hateful comments about your ex partner as that will build up the hatred further. 3) Always reflect and recollect that one day you will be parted and separated with all the dear people in your life. Alot of people don't like to think about this when they are in a relationship. However, being aware that we have limited time with our loved one(s) will enable one to give the fullest love and compassion. 4) True love will never break your heart, but attachment will. 5) If you need to heal the wound, you need to reduce touching it. Therefore, reduce the amount of attention you give to past memories. 6) No matter how terrible the situation is, it will change one day. You will be ok one day. 7) Know that this experience will make you stronger.
#3 is so very helpful. I experienced the most absolutely devastating losses of my life 2 years ago. I did treasure them and many many times while laying in peace with them I felt such gratitude for the moment and for them. The loss is unbearable and I don’t know about others but life is of no use or holds zero attraction to me anymore and I just remain in this maya because of others depending on me
And what happens when the terrible situation happens over and over again? When life gives you nothing but misery and heartache as soon as you think you are okay?
@@sich_verstehen yes, but all of our attachments bring us suffering. We fear of losing what or who we cherish, we feel sad and devastated when we actually lose it, we get used to the temporary feeling of happiness, that when it's over it breaks our heart. All of us should learn to let go and understand that all things that appear, sooner or later will disappear. Including the bad things. Hope I could help you❤
We attach to people without even love, when we love there is always an attachment. No matter at the end, attachment makes us suffer. Love without any attachment make us free
I lost my son 27 years old in an accident two months back ,I am so broken and search for motivational talks. I listen to your speeches and there is a temporary relief I still need to hear more on losing a loved one. You are a great preacher teacher and don't talk about religion but only truths . Thank you.
I feel sorry for your loss. Try to keep yourself on your daily tasks. Cleaning, going to the grocery store, work. Things like that. If you can't find something to do, then take a walk around the park/maybe even jog. It doesn't have to be fast, just moving is good. Keep yourself busy. It's okay to cry at any given time of your day. So what if people see you! You're human. You are allowed to cry. Anyone can understand what you are going through. The most important thing is to give yourself time to mourn, but also to keep yourself moving. Try some yoga/sports. Trust me, out of anything that can help, movement is it. Your brain will release dopamine and that will make sure your body will be more calmed. The movements will also make you tired, wich in turn makes it easier to fall asleep and the tiredness will make it harder for your mind to wander. The best thing is to push your body as hard as it can go, but it's not ideal to do this every time. Especially if you're a beginner at anything, try to take it one step at a time, and it's okay to take breaks. This won't heal your wound, but it can help be a band aid until it gets better, bit by bit. I hope you can give it a place someday and be happy again all the way! And remember. You are never alone. If you want to talk to someone about it, there might be talking groups you can go to/or a psychologist. Don't be afraid to talk to lots of your friends too! Everything will help to give it a place.
That is what budha has taught in his Dhamma….. he teaches way of life which is useful for each and every individual…. He says ,, don’t expect too much,,, attachment’s brings suffering,, expectations brings suffering, be compassionate, be kind , he says 1) there is suffering 2) there is reason for suffering 3) you need to understand the cause of suffering 4) find out solutions or healing for that suffering bz it’s in your hand to reduce your pain and suffering by kindness and compassion for others…..,, then he shows 8 fold pathways to follow for life then in the prayers itself he says….. 1) be away from lies 2) be away from hurting animals 3)be away from addiction, alcohol 4) make your character stronger 5) don’t do robbery…………, so beautiful BUDDHA had taught us……..2500 yrs ago…….. so simple and so true…………

Watching this captivating video stirs up painful memories of the recent end of my 4 year relationship. My beloved partner chose to depart, leaving me with an unyielding ache. Despite my relentless efforts to reconcile, I find myself grappling with frustration and an inability to envision a future without him. Despite attempts to purge him from my mind, I remain haunted by his absence, feeling compelled to express my longing here.
It's hard to let go of someone you love; I went through a similar experience when my 12-year relationship ended. I tried everything to get him back, and eventually I had to turn to a spiritual counselor for assistance.
After my heart was broken for 4 years ago I went through spiritual awakening. It was a blessing. I would do it again and again. I'm a new person- real me and I love myself unconditionally and every single thing around me. The best gift ever
Hey ...can you please share your experience about spirituality... I'm going through a heartbreak now.. it's really tough for me...but I'm seeking help from yoga meditation and god.. I feel like I'm going to make it my routine...but still I get sudden anxiety attacks specially in morning... I'm just begging God to take the pain away.
@@shivanimallik656 Dearest friend It takes time to find your own strength. It took me 4 years- greatest years of my life too be where I am now. No one can help you with the pain. All the reasons you will recognize later. There is always something to see positive. Start to seek the truth of life. We are supposed to be happy in this life and happiness is a choice. I broke up with my first love and my selfish actions that were fueled by the attachment led to it ending very badly. She was the one and only person who truly understood me. But it ended so badly, I'm struggling to forgive myself. I wish I could change it. But the past is the past and there's nothing I can do to undo the damage I have caused. However, these great teachings are giving me hope and some direction into healing and moving on with my life. Thank you
I just broke up with the woman I thought would be the one. We were not together a drastically long time. But I failed and let my anxieties from a prior relationship push her away and in the break up hurt her more with my actions. I tried so hard to get her to understand I will work on my anxieties. But she just couldnt give it another shot. I have never been so depressed in my life.

Sometimes, heartbreaks are not becoz of the love of our life, sometimes it is by the people who love us. Sometimes our first heartbreak is by our family whome we loved the most in our lives. And its really veryvery painful when your own family doesn't trust u. And it breaks u the most to the extremities. But as said that we should try to forgive things and take experiences to not repeat the same, which is the only thing we can do.🤞🙌
Its 2.03 am now...here iam unable to sleep, crying on my bed remembering all those hurtful words said by someone who i truly loved.thinking am i that bad . now iam feeling less heavy in my heart. thank you🙂
I grew up in an abusive environment and have spent most of my adult life on my own. When I bought a puppy Labrador, I never knew my life would be transformed so drastically. I enjoyed getting out and walking her for hours on end, even meeting and chatting with other dog walkers. I loved coming home from work and being greeted by my best friend, I just loved her so much. Lucy got cancer and I had to have her put to sleep, to say it has turned my life upside down is an understatement. It has been 5 years and I miss her so much and feel like I don't want to be here anymore without her. I am so broken hearted without my girl. I have lost family and close friends but nothing has been so painful as losing my beautiful Labrador, Lucy. I truly loved Lucy and my HEART is BROKEN
My 1st furkid pass away 2 years back and my whole world died. I can't accept it at all. My second furkid came to show me love and always there for me. I am happy with my furkid. You may consider to adopt a furkid and give a lovely life. Lucy may come in another furkid. I am feeling it right now
It would be therapeutic to adopt a pet and bring back the sweet love and companionship that animals add to your life. Lucy will always be your first love and you can rescue an animal who needs You. Let go and love again. Your life will be a gift to share with an animal who is starving for the love and security you have to give. Love again ...Live again. You can do it.💕
Time has come for that pain to be healed. Could you go and get a little rescue doggy? You can heal that little doggies heart. And he will heal yours. Lucy would hate for you to be so broken for so long. Its time to heal your sadness. Xx
I understand what you mean. In my life I have had a lot of animals and I still remember every one of them. Once a year I have a day to remember them. It's on pet's day. I make some sort of prayer and just try to let them know I still love them and that I hope that I will meet them again someday.
I'm sick. I can't believe I let myself go on in this relationship for it to end like this. I learned from this video that we must all part from everybody. It's helping me understand that this was the time for me and my ex to part. I'm tired of hurting
I'm noticing those past memories come up in waves. The moment I notice the process it pops, but there is fear to even let them dissolve and allow peace!
Attachment is the knot Just undo it and let it go No crying just acknowledging the experience Let go and the door that’s meant for me will open This path was not for me apparently I gave unconditionally so I’m proud that I had the opportunity to show openness and wasn’t afraid to be vulnerable It’s an experience I will treasure on my side of true love and kindness to someone who couldn’t reciprocate love Peace

I haven't been able to grieve and heal. My heart is broken in many pieces. I'm always busy trying to help others. I was taught that crying is a sign of weakness. I always had to put everyone else before myself. I need time to myself. I need to be by myself to recharge my mental, emotional and physical being. I need time to myself to be able to grieve and heal. I haven't been able to do this in over 30 years because I had to but myself on the back burner and be a caretaker for everyone else my whole life. Attachment/aversion feels like one of my biggest blocks to freedom. Through my practice I am noticing old patterns after a recent breakup, and merging with them means the suffering is immense. There is an attachment to merging with these patterns here. I appreciate the timely reminder of impermanence. But through reflection a lot of pain is here from identifying with the one who wasn't able to give as much love as he wanted to, for whatever reason. Mainly shame. and there is merging with tremendous guilt. So this was a bitter sweet video for me. Started off with an opening, then a contraction, then this comment.
Apart from thinking this is religious based discussion.. this whole idea can make me calm down.. it does everything isn't it! Thank you so much. I love the peace you just delivered.
I don't have any person to share anything. I have only me . I don't have friends. I have my family who will never understand anything. I can't cry because everyone is always around me . I feel horrible
I always say nothing is guaranteed and certain with others. If you love someone, just love them and enjoy the times you have with them. Don't take things so seriously. Always have other outlets to express yourself.
I think about him every morning before my day starts and before I go to sleep every day. it's true love. Crying is good but limit it. As I know when I cry too long, I always get very very sick for weeks. I think I will burn a candle and meditate instead. Acknowledge it but limit it
I have been going through this since 2 and a half year, I didn't find any person to share with, whomsoever I share, they just advice, start judging, I just cry out evry day to remove the pressure!!🥺...with a hope to get healed one day❄️

Wow, amazing wisdom, it really comes to principles of Buddhism: be aware of the law of impermanence [when in love and think this will be forever either in physical sense or emotional sense, remind yourself this too shall pass, we don't use this term for good times but it is true] and know true love is Permanent and not painful, feel joy in letting go, as you know your loved one is inside your heart and memory [even if in romantic sense they chose another person, be happy for them that they are seeking what they feel is better for them]; the law of "source of suffering is attachment : to the past, to good times in the past, to the wants and desires for more and more", and letting go and letting be; Time heals but it means staying in the present moment is the healing prescription, not going to the past, it is like a wound that heals only if you stop picking at it. The saying "if your leg is broken in 3 different places, don't go back to those places", is a corky way of saying don't hold on to the memories that burn you from inside out; and finally as for "crying when you feel sad", I read this as " Accept the present feelings as they are, same for where you find yourself and your reality today". Dear teacher, your sheer photo/presence brings joy and peace to me, the smile, the calm in your facial expressions and delivery of your wisdom all speaks for the message you deliver. Namo Buddhaya.
It was my favorite teacher at school. I attached to her lot and truly loved her. I know she'll go next February and today was my last day of schooling because I am 17 years old girl and have to sit AL next year. Today I went to say goodbye she didn't pay any attention to me. She knows that I really like her because it was the first time that I love to a teacher. How did she act like this even the last day. We had two dates and those made my life upside down. Whenever passing those places it was really painful. I don't know why people change rapidly like this.
Thanks so much for this teaching, after heartbroken from a failed relationship. Am online looking for how to overcome my difficulties. Now i have learnt that i don't suppose to be too attached to my loved ones but just love them. And always prepare for times of separation from our loved ones because no condition is permanent. I have been worried, whether i will ever be able to forget about the whole thing and move on but now and so happy that my pains will faid away with times and will be happy once again. The most important thing i have learnt is that, even when i find happiness in life again, i will always prepare my mind for a day when I have to loose it because nothing is permanent in this life. Thanks so much, am very happy right now already even when I haven't start practicing, am so sure it will help my situation. May God Almighty continue to bless you for the lives you are touching. ❤❤❤

1)If you need to cry, is ok to cry. Crying release pressure.
2) Find a person to share your sorrow. The person should not give hateful comments about your ex partner as that will build up the hatred further.

The loss is unbearable and I don’t know about others but life is of no use or holds zero attraction to me anymore and I just remain in this maya because of others depending on me
And what happens when the terrible situation happens over and over again? When life gives you nothing but misery and heartache as soon as you think you are okay?

Best wishes to you and I hope you find peace. I can't imagine how horrific that would be.
Hope you are fine now.

Interesting! How did you locate a spiritual counselor, and how can I get in touch with him most effectively?
His name is Father Akunna, and he is a great spiritual counselor who can bring back your ex.
he is father akunna, he has great powers, he can help you.
I appreciate you providing this important information; I've just checked Father Akunna online, and wow, he's really genuine. Thank you so much again ❤
Crying is truly the best way to heal. No shame in crying. It reveals the depth of love you felt for that person.
Been weeping for 6months now, like a child.. while the other person is going out and sleeping with her ex that she left me for.

After my heart was broken for 4 years ago I went through spiritual awakening. It was a blessing. I would do it again and again. I'm a new person- real me and I love myself unconditionally and every single thing around me. The best gift ever

It takes time to find your own strength. It took me 4 years- greatest years of my life too be where I am now. No one can help you with the pain. Take it as a great lesson from life. There is always happiness on the other side. It will shape you. Nothing takes forever. You must know that you are responsible for your life and choices. All the reasons you will recognize later. There is always something to see positive. Start to seek the truth of life. We are supposed to be happy in this life and happiness is a choice. I know you will make it and wish you all the best
I’m glad you found your happiness, I started mine about an year ago, I know it’s a long journey worth taking.

we never heal we just learn to live with it
My experience too ...
I found this true. They say time heals but it doesn't
Have been crying two days now but God knows And he will bless me with what is mine i trust him.
@@Happiness-qj3ry I cant think of adopting another dog. no,
Attachment is the knot
Just undo it and let it go
No crying just acknowledging the experience
Let go and the door that’s meant for me will open
This path was not for me apparently
I gave unconditionally so I’m proud that I had the opportunity to show openness and wasn’t afraid to be vulnerable
It’s an experience I will treasure on my side of true love and kindness to someone who couldn’t reciprocate love
Peace

I haven't been able to grieve and heal. My heart is broken in many pieces. I'm always busy trying to help others. I was taught that crying is a sign of weakness. I always had to put everyone else before myself. I need time to myself. I need to be by myself to recharge my mental, emotional and physical being. I need time to myself to be able to grieve and heal. I haven't been able to do this in over 30 years because I had to but myself on the back burner and be a caretaker for everyone else my whole life. Now I have to work on self-care and work on myself. Thank you for these encouraging teaching lessons. I appreciate your kind compassionate words and understanding.

True love will never break your heart, but attachment will ❤
Thanks so much for this teaching, after heartbroken from a failed relationship. ❤❤❤
