It 's gone and now the group has double the diabetes (along with blacks) of whites, Asians have the lowest of all and Native Americans a disaster with the worst rates of diabetes in the world (except for the tiny cluster of super-rich oil sheikhdoms where nobody has to do any labor). It's from eating processed foods instead of what their ancestors ate. Incredibly, as with blacks, as the family incomes went up, their health got worse. They were healthier when they were poorer! I’ll be having a biopsy on 3/3/23. I’ve already started to apply everything you recommend to get healthier in hopes of shrinking that tumor before the biopsy. If there is malignancy, I plan to do the 21 day water fast like Fred did. I have watched your interview with Fred three

Onion and tomato fresh pickle : slice 1 small purple or red onion and 2 tomatoes into thin rings. Add a generous amount of sea salt and mix well. Cover for 30 minutes. (Onion will "cook" in the salt - no strong smell of taste)
Mix half cup of water and 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar and 1 tbsp of monk fruit sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves. Pour over onion and tomato. Press little garlic and add it to your fresh pickle. Put into fridge for 30 minutes. Serve with your dinner. Cucumber can be also used instead of tomato. These fresh pickles are very popular in Hungary and super healthy. Some people add dill or parsley, some people also add a tbsp of sour cream. All variations are delicious!

I prefer mine chunky so I slice it in cubes length by width while it's still in its half shell then scoop the little cubes out with a spoon. Avocados are one of my staple foods, used in many ways. Recently started making guacamole more. My favorite is having it on my "Teff-whiches", which is the tradidional Ethiopian flatbread made with fermented Teff flour. I add greens to this, including cilantro, my own seed micro-greens, sometimes an over egg, sometimes raw goat cheese, sometimes sliced turkey. In season I add whatever wild edibles are growing around here, now there's lots of Checkweed. Dandelion leaves and flowers are a favorite too. Endless creative possibilities. Hold the raw onion though; instant reflux for me, which no matter what I do, won't cease.

Also love guacamole! Have it on Baked Salmon, with celery etc. Mostly though, I just have my avocado cut up on my daily OMAD salad bowl. I will start incorporating the cilantro. All other ingredients in Dr. Bergs guac recipe I am consuming every day minus the tomatoes. I press two large garlic cloves for my olive oil, apple cider vinegar salad dressing. Yumm!
