Here's a tip...use Icy Rain only for boss or elite monsters. For normal mobs use the frost vortex shotgun as sidearm. You can always carry crossbow when fighting bosses but shotgun really fun for freeze control. Every five hits triggers vortex. If you hit two or three target with one shot it counts the number of targets hit...so crowd them together before shooting. Anything in vortex when shot gets frozen and extra damage. Lure monster to freeze control them. Use the craddle reload perk and a mod that reload 2 bullets per kill...that will help never reloading your shotgun. For pvp...beware being scratched by smg/shotgun hits. You might find yourself suddenly under damage or even frozen. Very useful suppot weapon for pvp and do pot shot from afar. Don't need much damage, just scratches to trigger vortex. I crouched, turn of light and snipe people... it's hard to dodge shotgun spray.

@@PhaseShifter honestly the festering gel deviant is best, I use it all the time to save on healing items. But the jellyfish is when you go to fight boss in a quick battle. Usually with teammates...not recommended to use jellyfish solo unless you are really good...so your advise on the healing jelly stands.

I use 4 piece shelterer, frost vest and 1 piece Lonewolf, similar setup but I've dropped the reload mods, not focusing on crit rate so much or crit damage so much anymore. I think sometimes you can go overboard on the reload proc and the dmg suffers. I do about 22k on the dummy with no jelly, no tactical item (cradle skill) and no bullseye. With the above I've hit 35-50k (depending, like you say it's inconsistent) I basically started towards the abyss glance build you see about, lots of elemental damage but as I don't have Abyss yet I kept using Icy apart from when I got some drop for a while. I've seen 9k+ procs of frost vortex. I did try with fateful strike but comparing it to the one which does 3x weakspot damage stacks, then eventually settling on Deviation Expert mod on helmet I feel this is best. Elemental Overload for gloves and Covered Advance on boots. The great thing is, there seems to be plenty of room to try different versions of this build to what suits you. I do reload a little more than I used too but I like the dps increase. Hopefully with the new starchrom drops next phase I can buy Abyss. My Icy is 3 starred, all my gear 2 or 3 starred. All max Calibrated. I have a few 'noob' vids on my YT showing earlier examples of Icy Rain, including one a couple weeks ago very similar doing 23k dps on the dummy but I think that was with Jelly out. That was when I was running falcon and specced full no reload etc.
I've been wondering too. A bit confused about that gear setting. Should I get more weapon damage or elemental or status damage or more crit damage? I just can't decide on the direction of the build since vortex build have so much different damage type involved. I'm using 3 falcon and 2 lonewolf at the moment. Someone recommended me to go 4 lonewolf and 1 bastille. But I do see the benefits of the shelterer gear...I just can't decide.

Loved this gun since I got it. I use Frost Blessing (mod) for this gun and it's basically a healer. I was short on activators and basically had 0 activators for the most part (I don't farm much for the mats for it) and I forgot I had none when I got invited into a LEA run. Safe to say I completed LEA without needing an activator or adrenaline shots since I just heal all the time lol
i think the move here is 2 pieces lonewolf with either 3 pieces falcon ( crit chance and crit damage) or 3 pieces shelterer (elemental damage) , for longer fights i think shelterer would be better tho (it also looks more badass, imma go lonewolf pants and boots everything else shelterer, meta-cowboy ftw), btw you should run the jelly defiant to summon even more vortexes and pair it with the vortexes heal you when they end mod and you can just face tank everything!
Data miners are reporting that "status" damage is *only* the special damage boosts to certain enemies (Rosetta, Deviants, etc.) Haven't had the time or energy to test this, but worth digging into.
cant say its bad.. i come top 5 in most pws and have done for 2 seasons and the beta test.. Still better than alot of stuff. Bombers getting nerfed next its what they doo make some it popular then its gets nerfed
How much crit rate and crit DMG would be the ideal for this build? I have 40% on crit rate and 171% on crit DMG. Is the crit DMG that I have overcaped? or should I go 155% of crit dmg and put more on elemental dmg?
technically, "deviants" refers to anything affected by stardust (NOT the Roseta/bandits). However, Tower bosses fall under "great ones" and sometimes "bosses" I would say 80% chance it does NOT include "the dog boss"
Yeah every Monolith boss is a "great one" and it specifically has that on some mods. Deviants are the vast majority of enemies you'll be fighting throughout the game though, but there is a lot of Rosetta fighting as well. I don't know why you'd ever bother really building for the bandits since they're so rare in comparison to the others. Especially given there's no loadout system in this game which could facilitate having builds for specific enemy types.
1- how to get fragments to upgrade gun to tier 2 ? 2- the mod you calibrated in this gun, can you get it back if you disassemble ? (in case you craft a 5 star gun and use same calibrations) Thank you for the guide. really helpful. New subscriber here.
Yo! Great questions! You use blueprint fragments that you acquire from crates and random drops to eventually get enough. This is really slow progress! As far I am aware, you don't receive calibration blue prints back once you have assigned them to a weapon! I'm really glad you enjoyed the video and I hugely appreciate the sub/support! The location of it is in the description of this video! As for mods. Farming silos on normal difficulty until you can do hards is the way to go. Also, just do the rift anchor areas and find the mystical chests and you soon have some good mods. Once you're able to run silo theeta, silo psi and silo phi you can blitz through them and get some great ones too. great video! i suggest you try the frosty blessing for the weapon mod, it gives hp per vortex proc and when you proc vortex you just get your hp to max everytime you fight and pair it with the boots mod slow and steady you get about +20% dmg when your hp is 90%+

Frosty blessing though gives HP back when the vortex disappears? Or is it proccing because you can only have so many so every new one after the limit makes one disappear giving you HP? There's so many translation and grammar issues in the game it's hard making builds.. lol
@@Eventide215 ha so i was wrong about frosty blessing, like you said once the vortex disappears thats when you gain HP from what i know theres no limit on how many vortex you can spawn aslong as you have about 50% crit rate. if you want i can share my build so that you can test it for yourself
@@justo778 There is a limit to how many vortexes you can have. By default it's one, but can be raised by certain attributes. Applying another gets rid of the previous and starts a new one. So I didn't know if that'd still proc or not since some games have it where the full duration has to play out. It spam healing you as you create more vortexes though would make you practically unkillable.
wait, how did you even get THAT MUCH accuracy on the smg? With your Exact SAME attachments I only get 37 accuracy? Did they neft something on the last patch?
@@scotimus After reading the patch notes from august 1st, I've found this: "Adjusted the displayed weapon accuracy values. The actual attributes have not been changed." I think his high accuracy value was just a visual bug.
When i use your all your accessory for the weapon, i only get an accuracy of 37, which is very little. Have there been a nerf to one of the accessory items?
3pc agent set works fine too...atleast ad clearing...bulletsaver effect...after each precise kill u get 15% weakspot dmg for 3 sec...just point at heads and enjoy for like 45% damage increase ALSO doyens cloak....when frozen effect ends "deal frost damage equal of the 50 total damage u dealth to the target during frost period" is like mariage with this :) lot of frost .....and if shoot ads and then focus on boss and crit lot of frost bombs...it starts stacking up damage like hell...each frost vortex end should cause massive chunk of damage

Yo! It's awesome isn't it! I believe it drops from the minigun boss on hard mode. You'd have to double check as it says on the UI before you start which mod types drop
Think that's the case with all the ele damage builds. The minigun boss has large phases of immunity which can be a pain! The saving grace with this particular setup is the perma crit on the weapon claws it back a bit in those scenarios! The real test for any build is gunna be when the dungeons and pro modes open!
the fact that i have been playing this build since weak 2 and only now people are starting to understand how good it is. also im currently sitting at 50.5% flat crit rate and 210 crit dmg with the 45% crit dmg amp stacked, not leaning so mutch on the elemental dmg but im hitting for 1.4 crit and procking 4 frost vortex at time
another banger man. I was hoping someone could help me out i've been having an issue with my blueprint fragments and im going insane thinking i'm glitched out or missed something. I have every mythical looted so all available bps right now but all my fragments say 0 across the board other than having 2 guns and 2 armor pieces registering. No idea what is going on i feel hard locked. havent used a single one so not sure why none of the others are showing up. any chance you have some advice my dude?

I've been using this weapon for a week now and didnt even notice the 15% reload lol. Gonna try this build out cause the scar sharpnel build has been getting boring.
@@PhaseShifter It us absolutely the same route in every other looter shooter game. Like in division, where first "meta" builds were "ALL POWER TO THE WEAPON!!" and a month later all the meta builders realised that without stability and accuracy on the weapon all that power goes to mussed shots, that without larger magazines time you spend reloading is the time when you are not doing damage and lastly, when you are dead you can't do damage, so survivability is key 😁
Yes but what makes it strong is the burst of ice spikes from the newly created vortex's. Everytime a ice vortex is formed and you have that one chest piece that creates ice spikes Everytime a vortex is created. Then that's how you can bypass that limitation by relying on just canceling and creating vortex's over and over again since it's now burst aoe rather than ticking damage over time.
The build would more be better with the lonewolf's 3 set or only 2 and for more vortex damage, I can say that getting status dmg up will help you provide more damage
also @PhaseShifter there's a gold mod for the fateful strike that is 10% crit and 30% crt dmg. For the Gloves mod, there's also a gold version of what you have which is instead of 15%, its 18%.
I also recall that its better to use the jelly deviant since it also boosts your vortex and if you are destroying mobs anyway you wont be needing that festering gel tho it it helps with healing especially with the sanity.

I tried this and managed to get crit chance up to 52%, even with a 36 bullet mag you never need to reload, the dps sits around 17-18k (unbuffed) so some hard bosses take longer than id like, but clearing any other mobs is great.
How are you getting a scope on your Crossbow? When going into 1st person with the crossbow, it has its horrible round circular sight. Id love to put an optic on it
Confused about the crossbow - the last line says that it only works once on the same target in 15s. Doesn't that mean you only get that 30% crit rate for the first bullet? I think that effect is designed for pistol/sniper setups to ramp up a 1 shot. Is this not how it's working currently?
05:40...how did you manage to get 75 accuracy? I have the very same attachments but my accuracy is just 37...all other stats are equal to yours. There is absolutely no attachment that can give me any more accuracy...leave it alone 75 accuracy like you have in this VoD! Edit: I also have the very same calibration mod you have

status and elemental dmg calculations are the most confusing. Been trying so much different combos of status mods and elemental mods and just get a bunch of mixed results

Its not as good as the icy rain the kam only prox after the 20th bullet there is probs ways around it but with the icy rain being so good atm it isnt worth it
I mean sure if you want less dps the build looks cool. Realistically that build is just gonna burn through ammo like no tomorrow and kill every piece of content slower.
My friend has a burn build that does literally all of the boss health within 7 seconds on hard and literally one shots all enemies without needing crits or weakspots.
Bro... i have the icy rain and it was in the same mystical box, but the name is diferent. You have a KV-SBR icy rain. The version of a KV-SBR i have is a machine gun, not a SMG and is a blue weapon. So, why eveything is diferent? Aslo at 5:58, you are saying the "recurved bow" while in the video it is clearly the recurved crossbow??
But why? One target DPS is meh, he did 20-22K DPS on a dummy, with is below medium, shrapnel builds with legendary SCAR go over 32K easily. However! This is a very good support build with good AoE, because you really need it in some scenarios, for example tons of spiderlings in that bitch spider monolith boss fight =)
Bullets are so cheap to make though that shouldn't be an issue. Go with steel bullets to save on acid the difference between tung and steel is barely noticable.
Yeah I carry about 10k bullets all the time...but using the shotgun version for normal monsters saves a lot of bullets. You can even easily freeze control elites. Reserve icy rain for a strong boss/elites. Even during pvp people now learn to run and hide when I start to go brrrr... That's also tip for pvp, the more icy rain missed, the less chance they could refill...reason why I prefer shotgun or triple tap for pvp.

Currently with tungsten ammo and my skill rating 5 Mini Feaster I get 30k dps and just over 310k damage per magazine on the training dummy. Weapons and mods: Gold AK Abyss Glance - Shattering Ice mod(Calibration heavy style, +75% mag size -30% reload speed, with weakspot dmg at 7 and 10) Gold AWS BINGO - Recover Mark mod(Calibration rapid shot style with weakspot dmg at 7 and 10) Stun Baton - Surge Amplifier mod (Calibration light attacks give melee speed) Gear and mods: Helmet - Heavy Duty Helmet with Precise Strike mod (going to upgrade this to one of the legendary sets at some point) Mask - Renegade Mask with Lingering Frost (still not sure if this or the other mask frost mod is better, as i havent got the frost walker wrap yet) Top - Frost Tactical Vest with Quick Comeback (going to change thus for frost walker wrap, still need to test) Gloves - Renegade Gloves with Weakspot DMG Boost Bottoms - Renegade Bottoms with Unstoppable (might change this mod for Precision Charge, will have to test) Shoes - Renegade Shoes with Ruthless Reaper Precision
With the AK u go all in on status effect damage and dont need to build for crit. So AK + shelterer 3p + heavy duty 2p to maximize + purple chest. With icy rain, u have to do crit and forgo status damage, so for icy rain it's better to do lone wolf 2p + falcon 3p. The damage from icy rain comes mainly from purple chest proc which only benefits from psi intensity. For icy rain your status effect will deal way less damage.
I still dont get it. Elemnt weapons who asking crit to proc,dont ask crit dmg. Alot of guides forcing to search crit dmg attributes or gear up 3 lone wolf. U trying to make half handed shrapnel build from elemnt builds. Why ? Just gear up crit + crit dmg and get sharpnel,but in elemnt build,focus on crit + elemnt. Just use Shelter 4 / 1 key armor / 1 set of any choise,lonewolf as example to get some extra 10% capacity to mag. Blueprint heavy style mag - crit -crit. All mods focusing on elemnt dmg/status dmg. In gloves if u lack of crit,we can put 15% crit rate with some elemnt dmg attributes. Thats it. Im using icy rain build and getting stable 40-50k dps. Without any pet or crossbow. With pet and crosbow 85-95k dps. + dont forget food ,what gives us 15% crit rate when enemyt in frost vortex,means when we eat that food,we can put Legendary mod in gloves ,what gives us status dmg 20% + atributes,and make even more dmg.

For the weapons you should be able to beeline got the icy rain blueprint. The location of it is in the description of this video!
As for mods. Farming silos on normal difficulty until you can do hards is the way to go. Also, just do the rift anchor areas and find the mystical chests and you soon have some good mods.

I'm having trouble understanding how you put a scope on the recurve crossbow.
I feel like that mask mod substat of increased frost vortex chance would be very good but it's super rare.
I did the shelter with falcon two set. Not great but I might try with the heavy duty items and see. But this seems much better than what I'm rocking.
great video! i suggest you try the frosty blessing for the weapon mod, it gives hp per vortex proc and when you proc vortex you just get your hp to max everytime you fight and pair it with the boots mod slow and steady you get about +20% dmg when your hp is 90%+

Frosty blessing though gives HP back when the vortex disappears? Or is it proccing because you can only have so many so every new one after the limit makes one disappear giving you HP? There's so many translation and grammar issues in the game it's hard making builds.. lol

from what i know theres no limit on how many vortex you can spawn aslong as you have about 50% crit rate. if you want i can share my build so that you can test it for yourself
@@justo778 There is a limit to how many vortexes you can have. By default it's one, but can be raised by certain attributes. Applying another gets rid of the previous and starts a new one. So I didn't know if that'd still proc or not since some games have it where the full duration has to play out. It spam healing you as you create more vortexes though would make you practically unkillable.
I got lv 5-5 jelly fish deviant a week ago. It does 30k up to 40k dmg per hit and it boosting your dps a lot .

i was just going to ask the same thing. stability is 80 and accuracy is 37 using all the items from the video for the SMG.
@@scotimus After reading the patch notes from august 1st, I've found this: "Adjusted the displayed weapon accuracy values. The actual attributes have not been changed." I think his high accuracy value was just a visual bug.
I would replace the Mask Mod because the Vortex doesn't last long enough for it to get the damage buff because it keeps resetting with each proc.

The Bull's Eye will drop immediately upon firing another weapon, unfortunately you cannot stack weapon abilities/effects
3pc agent set works fine too...atleast ad clearing...bulletsaver effect...after each precise kill u get 15% weakspot dmg for 3 sec...just point at heads and enjoy for like 45% damage increase ALSO doyens cloak....when frozen effect ends "deal frost damage equal of the 50 total damage u dealth to the target during frost period" is like mariage with this :) lot of frost .....and if shoot ads and then focus on boss and crit lot of frost bombs...it starts stacking up damage like hell...each frost vortex end should cause massive chunk of damage
Fateful strike doesnt prevent weakspot it just doesnt do weakspot damage, instead it'll act as if you hit and other body part.

Yo! It's awesome isn't it! I believe it drops from the minigun boss on hard mode. You'd have to double check as it says on the UI before you start which mod types drop

Problem is - there will be bosses and mobs with status immunity =)
Think that's the case with all the ele damage builds. The minigun boss has large phases of immunity which can be a pain! The saving grace with this particular setup is the perma crit on the weapon claws it back a bit in those scenarios!
The real test for any build is gunna be when the dungeons and pro modes open!

I have been using it as my main build. The only complain I have for this build is it eats a lot of amo. Like 3k to 5k per solo boss fight hard mode.

the fact that i have been playing this build since weak 2 and only now people are starting to understand how good it is. also im currently sitting at 50.5% flat crit rate and 210 crit dmg with the 45% crit dmg amp stacked, not leaning so mutch on the elemental dmg but im hitting for 1.4 crit and procking 4 frost vortex at time

another banger man. I was hoping someone could help me out i've been having an issue with my blueprint fragments and im going insane thinking i'm glitched out or missed something. I have every mythical looted so all available bps right now but all my fragments say 0 across the board other than having 2 guns and 2 armor pieces registering. No idea what is going on i feel hard locked. havent used a single one so not sure why none of the others are showing up. any chance you have some advice my dude?

I've been using this weapon for a week now and didnt even notice the 15% reload lol. Gonna try this build out cause the scar sharpnel build has been getting boring.
Swapped calibration on my legendary SCAR to +75% mag and -30% reload speed. To be honest - barely noticable, but 71 bullets in mag is nuts =)

Like in division, where first "meta" builds were "ALL POWER TO THE WEAPON!!" and a month later all the meta builders realised that without stability and accuracy on the weapon all that power goes to mussed shots, that without larger magazines time you spend reloading is the time when you are not doing damage and lastly, when you are dead you can't do damage, so survivability is key 😁

Yes but what makes it strong is the burst of ice spikes from the newly created vortex's. Everytime a ice vortex is formed and you have that one chest piece that creates ice spikes Everytime a vortex is created. Then that's how you can bypass that limitation by relying on just canceling and creating vortex's over and over again since it's now burst aoe rather than ticking damage over time.
Icy rain smg has +1 vortex also one kod can make it 4 vortexes at a timd

shelterer set makes this a bit better and non-conditional, since after hitting enemies 38 times (1 second) you get a bigger bonus than lone wolf

@@ByValerii you cant get tier 3 lone wolf and shelterer because you definitely want the double frost, so only 5 slots left
The build would more be better with the lonewolf's 3 set or only 2 and for more vortex damage, I can say that getting status dmg up will help you provide more damage
also @PhaseShifter there's a gold mod for the fateful strike that is 10% crit and 30% crt dmg. For the Gloves mod, there's also a gold version of what you have which is instead of 15%, its 18%.
I also recall that its better to use the jelly deviant since it also boosts your vortex and if you are destroying mobs anyway you wont be needing that festering gel tho it it helps with healing especially with the sanity.

I tried this and managed to get crit chance up to 52%, even with a 36 bullet mag you never need to reload, the dps sits around 17-18k (unbuffed) so some hard bosses take longer than id like, but clearing any other mobs is great.

How are you getting a scope on your Crossbow? When going into 1st person with the crossbow, it has its horrible round circular sight. Id love to put an optic on it
there was a skin (yellow paint) for crossbow which changes the scope into a better one.
I went with assault style and highest I got so far was 2.2k dmg per bullets
Confused about the crossbow - the last line says that it only works once on the same target in 15s. Doesn't that mean you only get that 30% crit rate for the first bullet? I think that effect is designed for pistol/sniper setups to ramp up a 1 shot. Is this not how it's working currently?
You raise a good point. My interpretation of it is that you can't apply bulleye to the same target until 15 seconds is up. I could be totally wrong!
05:40...how did you manage to get 75 accuracy? I have the very same attachments but my accuracy is just 37...all other stats are equal to yours. Its not as good as the icy rain the kam only prox after the 20th bullet there is probs ways around it but with the icy rain being so good atm it isnt worth it
I mean sure if you want less dps the build looks cool. Realistically that build is just gonna burn through ammo like no tomorrow and kill every piece of content slower.
My friend has a burn build that does literally all of the boss health within 7 seconds on hard and literally one shots all enemies without needing crits or weakspots.

Bro... i have the icy rain and it was in the same mystical box, but the name is diferent. You have a KV-SBR icy rain. The version of a KV-SBR i have is a machine gun, not a SMG and is a blue weapon. So, why eveything is diferent? Aslo at 5:58, you are saying the "recurved bow" while in the video it is clearly the recurved crossbow??

They don't nerf it it's complete crap vs Valor Shrapnel in every regard.
Any build can get nerfed at any time for sure. If I see these 100k or 200k Snipershots I would say they get nerfed soon but you never know.
Its dps is a lot less compared to surge or shrapnel, its super fun tho and had great ad clear.
But why? One target DPS is meh, he did 20-22K DPS on a dummy, with is below medium, shrapnel builds with legendary SCAR go over 32K easily.
However! This is a very good support build with good AoE, because you really need it in some scenarios, for example tons of spiderlings in that bitch spider monolith boss fight =)

Bullets are so cheap to make though that shouldn't be an issue. Go with steel bullets to save on acid the difference between tung and steel is barely noticable.
Yeah I carry about 10k bullets all the time...but using the shotgun version for normal monsters saves a lot of bullets. You can even easily freeze control elites.
Reserve icy rain for a strong boss/elites. Even during pvp people now learn to run and hide when I start to go brrrr...
That's also tip for pvp, the more icy rain missed, the less chance they could refill...reason why I prefer shotgun or triple tap for pvp.

@@PhaseShifter I've been running the frost AK build since the first week, keep in mind i never played the beta for this game but i've detailed my build below. Currently with tungsten ammo and my skill rating 5 Mini Feaster I get 30k dps and just over 310k damage per magazine on the training dummy.
Weapons and mods:
Gold AK Abyss Glance - Shattering Ice mod(Calibration heavy style, +75% mag size -30% reload speed, with weakspot dmg at 7 and 10)
Gold AWS BINGO - Recover Mark mod(Calibration rapid shot style with weakspot dmg at 7 and 10)
Stun Baton - Surge Amplifier mod (Calibration light attacks give melee speed)
Gear and mods:
Helmet - Heavy Duty Helmet with Precise Strike mod (going to upgrade this to one of the legendary sets at some point)
Mask - Renegade Mask with Lingering Frost (still not sure if this or the other mask frost mod is better, as i havent got the frost walker wrap yet)
Top - Frost Tactical Vest with Quick Comeback (going to change thus for frost walker wrap, still need to test)
Gloves - Renegade Gloves with Weakspot DMG Boost
Bottoms - Renegade Bottoms with Unstoppable (might change this mod for Precision Charge, will have to test)
Shoes - Renegade Shoes with Ruthless Reaper Precision
With the AK u go all in on status effect damage and dont need to build for crit. So AK + shelterer 3p + heavy duty 2p to maximize + purple chest. With icy rain, u have to do crit and forgo status damage, so for icy rain it's better to do lone wolf 2p + falcon 3p. The damage from icy rain comes mainly from purple chest proc which only benefits from psi intensity. For icy rain your status effect will deal way less damage.

U trying to make half handed shrapnel build from elemnt builds. Why ? Just gear up crit + crit dmg and get sharpnel,but in elemnt build,focus on crit + elemnt.
Just use Shelter 4 / 1 key armor / 1 set of any choise,lonewolf as example to get some extra 10% capacity to mag.
Blueprint heavy style mag - crit -crit.
All mods focusing on elemnt dmg/status dmg. In gloves if u lack of crit,we can put 15% crit rate with some elemnt dmg attributes. Thats it.
Im using icy rain build and getting stable 40-50k dps. Without any pet or crossbow. With pet and crosbow 85-95k dps.
+ dont forget food ,what gives us 15% crit rate when enemyt in frost vortex,means when we eat that food,we can put Legendary mod in gloves ,what gives us status dmg 20% + atributes,and make even more dmg.

falcon should be better, there is a mod each vortex finish you gain 10% hp infinite healing

I was hoping this would have been kept secret for a bit longer 😜 But same as you a waste all my starcrom for the past weeks on bs while this free weapon is just brutal. This is not a real secret because they tell you about this in the ingame wiki.

@@PhaseShifter I think this is BIS when it comes to vortex. The Kam Abys has a lower proc because of the on 20-hit. Although this is extremely fun I doubt they will let us have this kind of damage next wipe.
