Upstairs layout was a little weird and had wasted space

We are shopping in Nashville with a 4 mil cash budget. The master bath in this home has vegetable sized sinks. The finish work is beyond subpar. The pantry has cheap cabinets. And the home is dirty inside. Word of advice. Clean it, finish it, patch the holes surrounding ceiling lights, and redo the master bath sinks/counter. The lights on the front entry are installed crookedly. The floorplan is nice. Location is great. These builders are dreamers if they think people with high cash budgets would pay anything over 3mil for these homes.

3.9 mil ? Closets were not finished, focus wine storage not stocked, no solar panels. 😂 as fas as investments goes 3.9 mil would buy a culdesac

please, Please, PLEASE relay to the builder how offensive floor skins are! They really need to have a talk with the designer they've hired to stage this home. Incredibly behind the times, ya know?
