I am glad to see a elevator... just need the pool and a few minor adjustments.... I suspect offers around 3.2M to 3.6Ms for it. I can see myself living there just already found the home I want in Tennessee.... its about 500K more than this one .. but I suspect that could be talked down to 3.8M to 4.2Ms... Nice home just wish I didn't see that other one... LOL
Wow! Now this is a nice home for sure
Such an odd home. Privacy? 10/10. Layout? 2/10. Would've preferred more on the bottom floor with vaulted ceilings. Especially since the grill, etc are out front. Who wants to carry everything down to grill just to carry it all back up? Everyone has their preference. Mine would be different
The elevator does open right by the grill on the ground floor and kitchen on the main level
@jasongrunernashvilletnrealtor it's q gorgeous home. Just still a weird layout. 🤙🏻
This channel has some of the weirdest layouts I’ve ever seen. I’ve watched several videos.
Not much yard or pool no fire place on patio game room missing much for $4M but its nice.🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Where does all the rain water go from the hill in the back , small master bedroom , 6,500 sq ft of small spaces , question : is the view worth the money , YES 😊 ,
There’s a full drainage system in place to handle all the rain water. For better or worse Oak Hill makes a builder go through many layers of engineering approval to build something like this.
@@jasongrunernashvilletnrealtorwhere is this drainage system? When water comes down the slope and over the rockface, where does it go?
@@tompw3141 There is an extensive drainage system, it all gets piped around the foundation of the home. There are French drains behind the home that feed into the drainage pipes
That much with no pool???
$500 per sf in this section of Nashville is about right for something with no pool.
Very Very gorgeous
Why are the windows all different heights?
Why are there so many utility rooms?
What happens to water draining off the slope behind the house?
I don't like that the concrete columns are exposed on a $4 million home. They should be totally upscale and covered.
No pool. No deal. For that kind of money i expect an amazing pool. There’s also a real danger with the rocks falling in the back.
$4M with so many design flaws! I wouldn't pay that price for the many design flaws!
The first floor has a room that makes no sense. The first room where the small closet is leading to the bedroom, is a seating area outside the bedroom?? Huge windows where anyone can see in. 2 seating areas on the first floor, no kitchen? I feel this should be a garage with the second floor being the main living space and bedrooms followed by additional bedrooms/usable space upstairs.
The kitchen patio...? is not full. The patio has stairs leading behind the house with no additional walkway patio.
The owner's bedroom has an outside entrance with no patio...again $4M should have carried the "patio" from the kitchen to the owner's bedroom instead of rocks outside the owner's bedroom patio space. $4M owner's bathroom with no rain shower head or side jets? The bathroom looks like an afterthought. Placement in a $4M home should have been better. And the 2 closets separated by a hall are 2 basic closets, not a $4M worthy walk-in closet. The long corridor leading to the owner's sweats has multiple doors, 2 leading to the water heater and HVAC it appears to be, again, this should be on the 1st-floor garage, and an acquired closet by the master bedroom...? A tucked away 1/2 bath before a very small laundry room. Good thing there is another spacier laundry room on the 3rd floor. Why so many hallways in this house?
1 room on the 3rd floor has a walk-in closet while the other rooms do not? That room's closet was better than the owner's bedroom closets.
The “1st floor” you mention is actually the basement. I think the tour should have really started on the actual 1st floor, that would have made it feel less confusing. Also the interior designer should have set up the basement better like having an eating area or game area instead of two seating areas.
It’s not just this home. Its most of the channel.
@@SummerSolstice621 i don't see good building happening anymore. They rush, cut quality and put on market for a massive price.
@@shannontower2176 Absolutely!
@@SummerSolstice621 This channel showcases homes for sale in their area. Some are their own clients listings, some are other agents listings, like this one. It’s not like they’re responsible for the way the homes in this area are being built. A lot of modern construction is happening there due to music artists & other wealthy music industry professionals moving there (many of them from California). They prefer a specific design so that’s what the builders are going to build.
🤍
This does not show well, house of doors or doors to nowhere ugh.
Way waaaaay to basic and not enough craftsmanship for the price!
This video is horrible. I find this house has zero flow, small rooms, too many utility closets, taking food from the kitchen to the dining area, forget it! The outside is gorgeous, I’d rather just stick a cabin on that land and save $3.5 million add a lap pool and done with project.
Did I miss something? A $4,000,000 home without a pool? Good luck selling that.
