Having lived in Europe some town houses of this quality would be in the € 10 millions, everything is absolutely beautiful,,,, but the decorating and the staging is somehow flimsy,it should've included some window treatments and it's too rigid and stern....!!!!

elevator? are you kidding me? It offers small community, safety, pool and private roof top patio. Three floors of fun with views and entertainment. I've found heaven. But the price oh my!

It's very beautiful, the same remarks, the builder or the decorator should install some windows treatment or some sort of shades, 🪟,it's obvious that you can see through, as far as price, there's a condo in West end Blvd very similar to this house but 3 and half times more expensive.
You definitely need some window treatments in this home. I know I was standing in the kitchen and could see right into the living room of the home next to it. Actually waived at the owner. The homes in West End in the same builder. I haven’t had time to go there yet but I’m sure I’ll be touring those soon. Thanks again for watching!
Is it really the last house, or is it just a marketing trick ?No, seriously, I know someone who's interested in these kinds of townhouses ? Also, if the balconies were designed on the exterior of this whole complex ,it would've been 👌.
It’s really the last one and is still available at $1.795M. I’m not the listing agent of these homes on my channel so I don’t put any crazy marketing tricks in the videos. Just call it like like I see it.
@NASHVILLENEIGHBORHOODS oh I'm not questioning your honesty at all, it just happens that sometimes, builders, not realtors, say that kind of things, when I drove by, something looked to me awkward: the posts on the diagonal at the front holding the 2nd and the 3rd floor 😳,,, I'm afraid it's gonna last long, and why do them thin and that way ??
