For 6 mill in Florida you get a big package of (land, extreme luxury, privacy, nature, waterfront, views, security, great neighborhood, water access, massive garden, hundreds of rooms and toilets, very tastefull and classy design etc...) for the same amount in NYC you get a 2 bedroom apartment full of rats
It’s all about location. In Palm Beach (on the island not just the county) a single family home this size would be 5-10X the price. Naples and Miami Beach this would also be several times the price. He’s a Disney adult but like… this it Orlando so your money goes far. If you’re fine being in a cheaper part of New York you can get the same for your money. It’s all about location.
